Excellent Service Throughout My selling Experience.

I leased my property through Pinpoint for the past 15 years and throughout this time Pinpoint provided a 1st class professional service.

When I then decided to sell the property, I met with Alan who provided me with excellent advice and all relevant information to get the house on the market, within 4 weeks the property was confirmed as sale agreed.

The whole process was seamless, Alan provided me with updates on the sale and was always available to take my call and answer any questions i had.

I could not recommend Pinpoint highly enough for either property leasing, leasing management or property sales.

Since moving into my new apartment (one in a block of six) a few months ago, I’ve had no bin and had experienced problems ordering a bin from the council (new address not registered yet and/or apartment block bin orders requiring to be made by the block management company). Also, until all apartments were occupied, a block management company could not and has not yet been set up.
However, when Barbara, our block manager to be, was contacted she took action immediately and all bins for the whole apartment block were delivered within a couple of days. What a fantastic surprise for us all!!!
Barbara proved to be super-efficient, professional, a great listener and above all very kind and helpful.
A big, big thank you goes out to Barbara on this occasion!!!

I feel very bad about this agency .This is the first time I deal with them and end with a bad conclution.i won't recommend this agency for buying home in northern ireland. I had a bad experience with then when I agreed to buy a house..but they are not cooperative at all and they the other person to get that house with out communicating to me.i won't recommend this agency to anybody.

Barbara took over the management of our apartment block last year and transformed the whole experience.
Now one phone call or email gets a prompt response and the problem solved.
Barbara has a wealth of knowledge she brings to the job and knows how to work with contractors and ensure the task is completed on budget and on time.

Regarding sales- I was asked "May you please submit your best and final offer" I was aware I was the highest bidder, I continued with that bid. But came to know someone have given a higher offer. Why this secrecy, why cant we keep it open and follow normal bidding process which everyone is following. I liked the property felt bad to see it go away

Barbara is a wonderful apartment block manager.She is very hands on and listens and understands any problems we may have no matter how trivial.Both her and Sammy did a marvellous job with the power washing of the bin store,just another example of a request carried out efficiently.Thankyou.

Barbara took over the block management of our apartments about a year ago and has been doing sterling work ever since. We needed a manager who had experience, a steady hand, good communication skills and the ability to listen.
Barbara has all these attributes plus the interest and drive to put words into action. Her approach is businesslike and she follows up on tasks in a timely manner.
Because she is confident in what she’s doing she will also take onboard any constructive comments and act accordingly. There’s never any problem contacting her and her response is positive and prompt.

I’ve been living in Robson Hall for just over three years and when I came first of all there was no one to sort problems or answer phone calls. I’ve got to say that Barbara McCone has been nothing only helpful since she came on the scene. Answers emails immediately even if she’s on holiday. Ask for something to be done and it is always attended to as if it is no problem.

Marlborough Court Apartments Ltd is the company responsible for managing a small block of 4 apartments located on Marlborough Park North. Until the end of 2022 the Directors undertook this task by direct management using a combination of doing most of the work themselves and outsourcing the other tasks to specialised contractors.
This changed when the Board decided to appoint a Property Management company to carry out this work on its behalf at the start of 2023. Following an annual review of this company’s service delivery it was mutually agreed that the contract would not be renewed so the Board had to find another Management Company earlier this year.
Pinpoint Property was approached in June of this year and asked to provide a quote to take on the management of the property. Barbara McCone took the lead in developing the Pinpoint proposal.
There were subsequently a number of meetings with Barabra when the scope of the requirement was set out. During this process Barbara came across as a person who:
• Walked round the site to gain a good understanding of the requirement
• Was very experienced in property management
• Was a good listener
• Sought quotes from different contractors and checked out their quality of service delivery before allocating work to them
• Was prepared to use some of the legacy contractors we recommended
• Was proactive in making suggestions for improvements and safety issues etc
• Was well organised, providing written notes of the meetings along with action points
• Was prepared to meet onsite and flexible with her diary
It is early days in the contract – it started on 1 August – but Barbara has been very responsive in addressing the small number of issues which have arisen since Pinpoint took on the contract. I see no reason why this should not continue throughout the rest of the contract.

Mrs McCone seemed to take a personal interest in our problems no matter how trivial.As someone whom worked in the building trade she confronted builders which was non existent with previous property managers who batted for the development company rather than our interest.Every aspect was enhanced by her in her day to day hands on approach.The company Brackenwood whom she initially worked for would get a zero out of 10 while she was at the zenith of that scoring.Tommy Corr Rosegarden resident.

Barbara from Pinpoint is an exceptional agent. We have had several management problems over the past years and we needed them sorted once and for all. Barbara took on the challenge and was able to analyse what was wrong and put it right so we are on a sure foot going forward.

After having several different Managment companies over the years offering the same faceless service I'm glad we have found pinpoint and Barbara. The changing process was painless and issues have already been highlighted and in the process of repairs which is keeping our building compliant. I had only been in contact with Barbara by email and telephone and found her to be courteous but it wasn’t until she kindly Chaired the Annual General Meeting of Sans Souci Apartments Limited that we were able to witness her competence and efficiency. I had to contact pinpoint today as they manage our building. Barbara responded promptly and demonstrated a high level of expertise in relation to the issue. She contacted the other owners on our behalf as their input was required. She was proactive, knowledgeable and assertive everything you need in a manager who is responsible for managing your building. She put us in touch with all the services we needed.
