terrible, ordered shoes a month ago and cant get a status update

I ordered a pair of Hoka's, total scam. 2-5 delivery what a joke. 3 emails.... no return. Why is this site still open.???

This site and company area a scam. They have no product. You send money and they never send product.
Money goes to a Ron Freelund and he never responds,

Once I placed my order and my credit card was charged I received a receipt and never heard another word from them. I tried contacting them via their web portal and via Email only to be ignored. I am now pursuing fraud charges via my credit card company.

Well, I was duped. They stole $71.94 from me with on 3/13/25 no way to get it back. I guess you live and learn. Don't be sucked in by their low prices like I was! This is what happens when you try to save a few bucks. If it feels too good to be true, it probably is.

This is a scam website. Thankfully I used Paypal so they are refunding my money. Do not order from this company.

DON"T FALL FOR IT, don't buy from this supposedly company, I ordered my wife a pair of running shows, first they got more than agreed amount from PayPal, I disputed the difference which was 9:06 and PayPal refunded that amount. I am disputing the remaining 71.94 because the product has never been shipped nor has the company notified me, I have emailed company 4-5 times with no response, their contact email on PayPal is inactive and returns with mailer demon . Don't get in hurry, read this companies reviews before you order, go to another company to purchase.

I ordered some shoes and don't have them yet after 18 days. I've emailed them 3 times and got no response. There is no phone number to call. Most likely a scam.

It is a scam website. I needed to buy a pair of shoes for work. I found the ones I wanted and ordered them. Right off the bat, they told me via email the order was no good and I needed to do it again. The order was good, and the money was deducted from my account. I have since messaged their customer service twice with no reply. Paypal will not refund me because Pinrain needs to cancel the payment. They will not contact me back. Miserable experience and now I am out $100

Definite scam! I also made the mistake of ordering shoes on this site (prices clearly too good to be true!) Payment goes via PayPal, but PayPal has no record of this transaction. The PayPal goes to someone named Amber Boomgaard but of course there is no other information. I was going to order 10 pair of shoes at their sale prices. when I went to check out it was around $900 as the first total. then it said there was an extra discount of about 75%. took it down to $199.98. So I thought what a bargain and added more items... and still only $199.98. I took it up to over $1200 and still 199.98. so I went thru the checkout process and then they wanted to only charge me $150. did a search on the address they give and the address seemed linked to other businesses but I cant find an actual property. Also on the how to return page there is no email address for customer support like there should be. Just says"Contact our customer support team at [woocommerce_admin_email] to request a return authorization" and other business names are on this site as well. I'm betting SCAM

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for $120 4 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep from this place. BEWARE
Pinrain is a total ripoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! It is a scam for sure!

I can’t find anything that suggests this site is legit. They list shoes around half price and then at checkout you get another discount in the cart. I had 6 pairs of Brooks and Hoka sneakers that would only cost $120. I can’t find any reviews or socials for this site. As someone who works in cybersecurity, I have seen situations like this which leads to someone getting scammed. I’d advise folk to stay away from this site. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

This isn’t based on experience, just my personal search on the company. Which I did because they listed a product I want to buy at half the price of literally every other place that sells it.
It appears to be a scam site. On their website they have a picture of an actual trust pilot rating of 4.8 out of 9k+ reviews. Obviously if you’re reading this, this is their first actual review on trust pilot. Additionally, the email address to contact customer service is blank, with the “filler” code still there. And if you dig deeper, in their “About Us” page they refer to themselves as “Keenysports”, which if you then check Reddit, Keenysports refers to themselves as “Equipment X”, both of which have no socials, no info, or contact information.
So long and short of it, it seems like a chain of scam sites related to each other.
Would highly avoid.
