The representative that sent me the email about my situation was clear and concise as to where I could find the travel bag and it was there. I thank you for all your help and your company for making a very great product! I could not believe how great the bag looks and feels incredible. I thought about a couple other companies because I work at a golf course and have seen every type of bag. Pins and Aces is one that I don’t see as much as the others but I would have to say that the people who have the other bags wasted $100-$200 on bags that don’t have the components your bags have.

My wife bought me a TMNT mallet putter cover, however she didn’t realize I have a center shafted putter, and Thomas was very helpful in helping me swap it out for the center shafted putter model, he also found her order and provided me with a free return label.

My only nit I would provide is that for a Lab center shafted putter, there really should be a notch cut into the body of the cover instead of the lip going straight across, because the shaft is offset from the putter face. It still closes fine and it’s not really noticeable when sitting in your bag, but I would recommend that for version 3.0 down the line.
