I ordered a L shirt for my husband who usually wears M. They sent a child shirt: I wear S size and can hardly fit in. I had waited weeks to receive this gift; I was so very disappointed. I read that most give Pinterval one star!

If I could leave 0 I would awful company totally avoid put pictures on website that totally do not arrive like it !! Awful customer service !! Terrible quality to and was meant to be a gift for my grandson !

Ordered a specific printed baby grow , delivered eventually a completely different one and to return it is such a faff

SCAM! They sent me a blank shirt with no print on it and ignored my help requests / tickets. So yup, a scam. Got my money back through paypal.

Do not use, ordered over a month ago and hasn’t arrived, offered £3 credit for next purchase

I ordered from printerval back at the start of January.

The tracking said my items were delivered on the 26th of January which was not the case. So I contacted them on the 27th of january and explained this. I was told it was still in transit and just to wait and provided the same tracking link saying it was delivered. When I replied i waited weeks for a reply. Where now I was told it was delivered on the 26th as the tracking link said and as I had told them weeks before. Its been nearly 2 months since I ordered. I got a picture of delivery showing a front door that isnt mine and Printerval just keep telling me to check neighbours ( which i have done) and check the post office who I have called.

Even if you see good reviews on here you are taking a risk because they will not do anything now. Ive paid tyem and they wont give my money back despite me not recieving the items.

Non comprate su questo sito! Ho ordinato 3 zerbini e ho pagato anche per la spedizione veloce. La merce sarebbe dovuta arrivare il 30 dicembre, ma non solo non è arrivata, non ha risposto nessuno alle mie richieste di supporto. Sicuramente è una truffa!

ordered 2 items on 11/29/24.
They were split into 2 shipments. The first arrived on about 12/18/24.
The second has not arrived yet.
Pinterval has basically ignored my request for help and a refund.
This is a company to avoid purchasing from.
They have no care about their customers.

Ordered an extra large sweatshirt but was sent a child's one, tried to get details of how to return and exchange for correct size but got no replies despite their website lyingabout how wonderful their customer services were.Dont buy from this company.

Order placed 7th Jan...items still hadn't arrived by the 12th so I logged a "ticket'via the link on the purchase email. No response since. Still no delivery but I did receive a spam text message from an unknown number that stated that a delivery had been made so I needed to follow a link to arrange another delivery date and pay for another delivery attempt. My phone also picked the link up as "potential fraud". Pretty sure the two things are connected. Gutted as my niece's birthday is tomorrow so want to warn any other unsuspecting customer. I have reported the company also.

Not impressed! Took nearly one month to deliver a t-shirt that is very low quality. Will not order again!

Scam company. No customer service, no intention to ship any goods. Avoid. Time wasters

No customer service so no chance of getting updates on orders etc. Quite bizarre.
