Payoneer support DOES NOT WORK on…

Payoneer support DOES NOT WORK on weekends!!! Scammers are charging a large amount and I can't do anything! I immediately froze the card, but it didn't work. This is not a company for honest people - it's a feeding ground for scammers. I think we need to file a class action lawsuit against Payoneer - so that this company pays all the victims - and ceases to exist, because it has no right to.

La dashcam VREC 150 MD

Désireux d'équiper mon véhicule d'une dashcam, j'ai fait le choix d'une VREC 150 MD. Cette dashcam comporte un écran tactile intégré au rétroviseur, une caméra avant et une autre à l'arrière.
Quelle erreur!
Tout d'abord, dans certaines conditions lumineuses, l'écran tactile est pratiquement inutilisable du fait des reflets, du coup, il en va de même pour le rétroviseur intérieur (marche arrière aléatoire)...
De plus, la caméra arrière n'est pas calibrée aux dimensions de votre véhicule et les gabarits pour le guidage du stationnement ne montrent pas les véhicules sur les cotés, j'ai failli les percuter à plusieurs reprises, devant mon salut à l'ancien radar de stationnement (celui qui fait des bip). Maintenant, je ne m'occupe pas de la caméra et me gare grâce aux rétroviseurs extérieurs (le rétroviseur intérieur monopolisé par l'image de la caméra est inutilisable).
Enfin, l'écran tactile dispose de "boutons" pour les réglages et l'adaptation de l'appareil à votre main. Il n'y a pas de notice fournie avec la dashcam et donc, impossible de comprendre ,son fonctionnement.
Je demande donc au service consommateur de Pioneer où se procurer cette notice, ils m'envoient un lien pour la télécharger. Seul bémol la notice n'est disponible qu'en anglais ou russe!!!! Je reviens vers le service consommateur de pioneer, qui me répond que cette notice n'est pas disponible en français.
Conclusion, 280€ (pose comprise) de foutu en l'air, je vais faire déposer ce matériel et acheter une dashcam à des vrais professionnels, évidemment, Pioneer n'existe plus pour moi.

Pioneer slechte ondersteuning

na aanschaf van een Dash- en rear-cam van pioneer (VREC-Z710SH) en een installatie in mijn auto door de dealer werkte de camara's zo als verwacht. echter het koppelen van de camera's aan mijn telefoon app wilde niet lukken.
Ik heb mij eerst tot de telefonische helpdesk gewend, zij gaven aan geen kennis te hebben en ik moest maar op de website een melding aanmaken. SLECHTE service.
na het aanmaken van een melding op de support site en een week wachten zonder reactie van pioneer een nieuwe melding gedaan dat ik graag antwoord wil. de reactie daarop kwam een paardagen later; verwijzing naar de gebruiksaanwijzing en geen inhoudelijk antwoord. SLECHTE service 2e maal.
nadat ik weer meerdere pogingen heb gedaan met de handleiding in de hand maar weer een melding op de support site gedaan. En u raad het al het duurde weer een week voor er een reactie kwam. Onvoorstelbaar antwoord "helaas wij kunnen niets voor u doen." Dat is wel erg slecht totaal geen ondersteuning, zoek het maar uit we hebben je geld en bekijk het maar.

I have a pioneer in car navigation unit…

Have a pioneer in car navigation unit that developed a fault. It is a fault well known by Pioneer but they will not repair the item. Apparently the whole PCB control board is not repairable and has to be replaced at a cost of £175 plus vat. I won't be buying anything Pioneer again! I think trading standards should investigate this.

Een Dashcam moet dan waar je deze voor gekocht hebt; juist, Dashcammen. En dat doet ie. De hoek waaronder de camera moet worden aangebracht, zorgt ervoor dat je het scherm niet kunt aflezen. De mogelijkheden middels WiFi zijn beperkt. B.v. afbeeldingen en filmpjes moet je eerst downloaden.
De gebruikte lijm om de camera te bevestigen is niet bestand tegen hoge temperaturen; de camera laat dan los. Dit is eenvoudig op te lossen door goede klitteband te gebruiken.

Kortom: redelijke aanschaf voor een redelijke prijs.

Købte for nogle år siden en Pioneer…

Købte for nogle år siden en Pioneer VSX-832 forstærker, med indbygget Chromecast.
Her 4 år senere virker det stadigvæk tilfredsstillende. Dvs. det tager ekstremt lang tid at forbinde til den, og afspilningen er meget forsinket.
Og Pioneer ved det godt, og har forsøgt via firmware updates at reparere det. Uden held!

The product itself Pioneer sph da160dab is very cheap but unreliable, with few updates.

After 1 year, the stereo hangs and restarts with a white screen, on bluetooth or android auto. No update for this....

otherwise functional. Never again pioneer, Cheap too much on sph da160dab components...

Avoid pioneer if you want a better stereo that works.

Thanks for the waste of money PIONEER!

Customer support scam

Like many who bought one of their car stereos with Smart Sync I woke up one day to find Pioneer had ‘updated’ their app rendering my stereo useless, totally different to what I’d purchased and in some instances illegal to operate ( see all the reviews in the App Store ). Pioneer ‘customer support’ consists of a firmware link that actually leads you to an advert for a new stereo, an answer machine, ‘no reply’ emails and instructions on how I should get a PC, use Windows, download an update to a usb stick and ..... well the advice stops there. Pioneer won’t help Halfords so Halfords won’t help me. Trading Standards haven’t yet caught up with technology so it’s a write off. It seems these days a tech company can make something they sold you redundant and your only option is to buy a new one.

Scamming customers

An awful company that does not follow basic laws to protect consumers from rouge traders.

This company deliberately provides a support site that does not provide sufficient enough information, so that simple updates can be completed successfully. Therefore causing an issue that cannot be resolved. The sole purpose of this is basically just a scam. Contacting support provides no helpful advice only you being pushed towards paying them to fix the issue THEY caused.

Customer service is appalling and it is clear Pioneer support is just to create work and increase revenue from scamming customers.
