At the beginning of this year, I was disappointed in publishing my first book with another company that I felt stuck. I came across Elite Authors Publishing and took a chance to improve the illustrations the way a new author would really want to do. I immediately fell in love with the front cover of the book. By the time we finished the book I was ready to print them. The books arrived two weeks earlier than expected. Since June, I have sold almost all of my books within one week. Entering the arena as an author and vending at a school event was eye opening with unexpected surprises that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Many of the customers, parents and friends supported me because they felt a connection with the front cover or certain pages making a profound text to self connection while getting emotional 🥹. Thank you 🙏 so much for the support and professionalism in making a dream come true.

Excellent service got my book on Amazon in about 6 weeks. Would definitely recommend it your a first-time author.

Pioneer Publishing Press is not a reputable company to deal with! They provide nothing in writing, make lots of promises and give you an unsaleable book after telling you lies. They have stolen over half of an over 90 year old man's monthly living and have given nearly nothing in return. SHAME ON THEM!! Our only hope is to turn to the authorities for relief. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and don't just walk, RUN from this company. After waiting for a response and not receiving any I continue to be troubled.

The last representative that we had contact with Anna Jones promised to:

"As a gesture of good faith and to bring this matter to a positive conclusion, we are proceeding with the following at no additional cost:
• 45 freshly printed copies (instead of 42)
• Complimentary publishing on 6 major platforms
• Availability in ebook, paperback, and hardcover formats
• Total complimentary value: $1,500"

Many of my friends and I have tried to find this book in other formats or platforms as promised and we can't find it anywhere so she absolutely lied again!!
Stealing from an old guy and making false promises is against the law!!

I was exhausted from trying to get my book published . So many others made promises that they never kept. But the team at Pioneer Publishing Press truly delivered. They kept their promise. They honored every commitment and also guided me and kept me informed at every step, and taught me so much along the way. Their editing, book cover and publishing was phenomenal. My books are finally out there and and selling and I couldn't be happier. I have found a company that I can trust forever.

I had a wonderful experience working with Pioneer Publishing Press. They helped me create my children's storybook from start to finish- including the illustrations , book creation and publishing it on multiple platforms. They even provided me with beautiful printed copies. The team was professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. I responded to an initial Ad for $849.00 and PPP delivered my book to market on Kindle Direct Publishing. I then upgraded to the Marketing Plan and purchased author copies and PPP delivered my books and we are looking forward to the next phase as we move into the social media marketing plan. Writing a book is a long process, but that's only the first step. Getting the book to market is another process, patience is key. The folks at PPP can help you get there!

The hassles i went through with Trevor Sami was deceitful and exhausting as it was just to get the book published. Very poor editing . I always had to go back and re edit his edits. You really dont want me to show publicly the exchanges Ive had with your boy Mark Rossman . His promises and bold face lies just to get another payment for your bogus marketing plan that resulted in zero sales. Especially after he told me his efforts just grabbed 500 sales. When i questioned why it never showed up on my dashboard he responds with they dont always show up right away. Well guess what? They never did. Ask him about Aaron Lewinsky. That crazy lie finally shook the last of my naivety out of me and Im way past done with you. I would demand all of my money back from your bogus marketing plan but i know you wont send it. It would most likely break your two bit operation anyway. My next step will be reporting you to the consumer protection department for the state of Wyoming if you persist. I had a true life story i depended on you to handle and you very much let me down . Leave me alone

I paid this company $800 to produce a cover for my book The Foxhunter, now published. What I got was a scribbled pencil sketch outlining roughly what the cover would look like when finished. But it was never finished. I waited and waited but to no avail. Eventually, I had no choice but to open a dispute with PayPal. The company's response to this was to offer me a $300 refund. This offer was accompanied by a battery of legal threats in the event of my not accepting their offer. My refusing their offer was met with a further barrage of nasty possible consequences including threats to destroy my book! PayPal gave me a full refund. It is unbelievable that Pioneer Publishing remains in business today. They are incredibly unprofessional. A horrible experience.

Extremely unprofessional. I paid $200 and only got 2 pages (or about 1,000 words) of my book edited. They never wrote the outline I needed or did any ghostwriting and that's what I hired them for. They were terrible at giving updates I had to ask on the days they were supposed to give them and the second time they gave no update and I was ghosted for a week. My ghostwriter responded on her own after my report to PayPal. She was very unprofessional and her messages sounded agressive. I wasn't able to resolve things before making a report. After 8 days PayPal decided the case in my favor. Istudios that they work with (who I paid) refunded me. Thankfully I got my money back. This increases the review from 1 star to 2. I would've loved to work with them but the pace was way too slow. We never would have finished editing what I wrote (where they wanted to start) anywhere near the end of the timeframe let alone finishing the outline and ghostwriting I needed. Perhaps your experience will be better than mine. I'm just grateful to get my money back.

Update: The company is lying in the reply. The tried to bully me I to keeping half the money and refused to refund me. PayPal sided with ne in a refund dispute due to overwhelming evidence of unprofessional behavior and initiated the refund. I had given the benefit of the doubt a little but to be nice and put 2 stars but this is the second time they have made claims in replies that don't reflect the truth as it occurred so I am updating it to reflect that by giving 1 star.

Pioneer publishing press has done a great job and i am highly satisfied with their services Kash offered me.
They have edited and published my manuscript in due time and with the best quality possible.
I highly recommend their service.
