Neil was extremely efficient and managed to articulate my mandatory reconsideration letter in a way I never could. I felt overwhelmed after my assessment and when my when my decision letter arrived. Neil managed to take my complied evidence and present it in an organised way. I would definitely recommend this service , especially if you are feeling like it’s all too much like I did.

Good experience from start to finish. The information given before starting the process was clear, informative and helpful as were the instructions for submitting a case. The quality of the letter produced was excellent, clearly drafted by someone with a good body of experience of the process and what is needed as well as the law that underpins it. The length, detail and quality of letter provided is seriously good value for the price paid for the service.

I will admit I was hesitant to use this service, however I have been throughly impressed with the detailed service provided and with Neil’s experience and quick response to messages, as well as his willingness to work with me to amend any part of my mandatory reconsideration form I was not completely happy with. Neil is truly dedicated to making sure that you are on track with the process. When I had not replied with my form, Neil checked in with me. When I completed the form, he sent me the report the next day, and outlined my case in a 26 page document. Reading the report itself made me emotional because he portrayed my circumstances with such dignity but also strongly stated my case with legal framework and case studies to support. Weirdly enough, reading it all back it made me come to terms with my disability, which I have been struggling to accept.

I really couldn't face this alone but the PIP Apeal team did a fantastic job. They put everything I wanted to say into a letter that was far better than I expected. I would definitely recommend them. Very good value for money.

FAKE BEWARE! Firstly they are using clear AI pictures, even this man called 'Neil' is using a blurry photo of himself that looks made with AI.

They don't even reply to emails, i sent 2 emails direct to their email address and 1 message through their contact form, no reply what so ever!

All reviews on here are unprompted and seem very shady, stay well away!

Excellent. My case was presented professionally in a manner I could not have done without some considerable amount of specialist knowledge.

My son sent in my documents, evidence, award notice, previous award notice etc, we pointed out where we thought they were wrong. We were amazed by the professional look document, around 10 pages every one of the activities were addressed, pointing out how the levels weren't applied right, giving examples of rulings of how they should have been applied. We hadn't expected this amount of detail and and knowledge that had been put in to it for such a price and amount of time it took. I don't know how to put it in writing how its laid out or the knowledge that was put in to the document, all I can say we are glad we found out about this service and contacted them.

I’m submitting an updated review because Neil ultimately responded very thoroughly to my concerns, revised the submission, prepared the evidence extracts, continued helping with my case, and issued a full refund that I had not requested.

My main concern was that the initial work did not appear to have been checked thoroughly enough before being sent. I felt there was too much reliance on standard wording or a script, without enough final quality checking.

I would also advise customers to assume that any evidence uploaded to the service may be directly referenced in the submission and potentially sent to the DWP, rather than used only as background context. It would be helpful if this were made clearer at the outset, so customers know to upload only documents they are comfortable disclosing or to identify anything they want excluded or redacted.

Additionally, the intake form took me hours as opposed to 60 minutes but I was incredibly detailed and perhaps someone better with forms could do it more quickly. This isn't a complaint, just advice for anyone using the service.

Once I raised my concerns, Neil engaged constructively, reviewed the evidence in detail, explained his reasoning, corrected the submission and answered my questions fully. The final work was much stronger than the initial version.

Overall, the issue was resolved well, but more thorough checking and clearer guidance about how uploaded evidence will be used would have made the process much less stressful.

Superb service. I was nervous about signing away a percentage of any back pay of my so far denied PIP claim and hunted round for another alternative. I'm so very glad I did. After quickly opening my account (a breeze) i filled in all my details, emailed over and hey presto 48 hrs later I received a 27 page letter, written by an expert, which clearly, concisely and accurately described myself, my condition, and detailed every section as to justification even giving legal comparisons. I am highly impressed. Still awaiting the verdict (!) but I believe this letter (MR) could not have been written better and gives me the best chance to overturn the DWP decision,
