Rang for advice. Really helpful. Then I ordered incorrectly.
Was spotted by the bloke I had spoken to, he rang me and he fixed it before the order went out.

Hi Ian. Thanks for your feedback. We try our utmost to meet the demands of our customers. We're very sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion. For small parcels we use next day services of national couriers. We despatched your item in a timely manner, but unfortunately once it has left our depot, it is truly out of our control. We send tracking numbers to our customers so they can see the progress of their delivery at every step. We can fully understand your frustration at receiving the item a little too late for your purpose, but we cannot, did not and do not guarantee next day delivery as it is completely out of our control.
Excellent service, large stock
Very helpful telephone response to some queries about pressure pipe fittings, with guidance on using the website.
Then very prompt preparation of order, despatch and delivery.
