Children's book printing--very satisfied
Pixart printed 1000 copies of a 32-page full color children's book for me on recycled paper. It came out great and the customer service was excellent, keeping in touch with me through the whole process and making sure I got my book delivered on time.
Environmentalism is at the core of my message and mission so I was passionate about doing a book on recycled paper. I searched wide and far but all the quotes were too high to be remotely profitable, so I was delighted when Pixart was able to get me a workable price (about $4/copy less than the other bid).
I had a 3-day window that I really wanted to book to arrive and it came on the first of those three days. I was amazed, frankly. From submitting the order to having the boxes in hand was less than two weeks.
Overall, I would highly recommend Pixart for self-publishers. Thanks!

One of my new top-tier print partners!
My latest creation required a final output of an 8x10” full-color 24pg book format. I’ve done multiple high-end, large volume photography books, where I would oversee the final print runs and a few personal small run prints through other vendors. I searched the Google to see what vendors were available for low volume prints, premium quality, and reasonably priced. Pixart Printing came up but I was unaware they had a U.S. printing facility. I looked at the site and everything seemed easy enough with the online tools they provided to generate the printable PDF. Submitted my order on a Thursday and it was in my hands the following Tuesday. I was blown away at the exactness of the color match between the print and the digital proof I created on my color accurate monitor. The gloss finish color and slightly heavier weight of the cover with the lighter weight, satin finished inside pages gave me that happy, “PREMIUM” feel I was hoping for. My mind was s little blown with Pixart’s combination of print quality, order fulfillment speed, and pricing. I will definitely continue to use Pixart on upcoming projects and can’t wait to try out some more of their other product offerings!

Never received a proof; printed item was off-center
The upload area on the website was not working and a proof was never generated for me; so I ended up working with a customer service rep on the phone. When the book was printed the cover printed on the book was not centered, which was explained to do so.

It was a very difficult process to get the file format exactly right, the upload process never worked (an employee eventually manually submitted my files), and the final print was surprisingly and disappointingly blurry. I would not use this service again in the future.

My first experience
The entire order and now I have to go through each wrong page printed. Very disappointed. I used another place first time and error free. I was trying to see if Pixart could do more based on my future book so gave it a try on a small job. I wasted $70

I’ve used them a few times
I’ve used Pixartprinting for a few projects now, and they have been amazing to work with. I’ve needed their help on a couple things and through chat and email, all concerns were quickly and professionally addressed. I love working with this company. Highly recommend.
