I've got Pixelhost in a lifetime deal package. So far, I'm pleased with everything that I saw. I moved three of my domains to Pixelhost and created new websites, also adding email accounts for each. So far, everything's been running flawlessly. Thank you, Pixelhost!

PixelHost offers fantastic customer and technical support which is very important to both me and my clients,I use them for my own website and two client websites (one eCommerce and some landing pages).They use Directadmin which is a bit different to what I have used before but I have come to enjoy,has all the feautures needed for me.

I just needed a landing page to direct traffic.pixelhosts offer was an affordable plan to do just that!

We currently use pixelhost as our playground for web development and small projects,hard to pass up promotion and hopefully move some more sites across.

Absolutely shocking company and service. it started off great, then Ned from Pixelhost (Owner, developer, and support Agent - one stop shop) dropped the ball heavily - made me loses a handful of customers because ion the shoddy hosting and then rug pulled us all and closed the business.

Having decided to take the leap and migrate all of our clients over from Siteground which we have been using for over 5 years - I can tell you right now that the performance (with the amazing help of Litespeed) has skyrocketed our websites. Where unoptimised on Siteground, we were getting scores in the 50's we are now getting scores of 90+ of Google Pagespeed (and GTMetrix backs this up). I am very happy with this service, and I hope to use this for years to come.

Very helpful Team and great support. I don't know how could i have created Wordpress websites without the support they provide.

At first I thought maybe I got myself scammed when I couldn't get anything to work properly in setting up a site. Then I opened a ticket, and entered into a live chat with Ned from the Pixelhost team. He spent a LONG time helping me walk through every single issue I was having and one-by-one he checked them all off and the end result was my website up-and-running with all the proper bells and whistles (like SSL). I am now incredibly happy that I went with Pixelhost and am thrilled to already know how good their customer support is.

I have never seen such a bad onboarding in my life, the Hosting credentials do not work, all the links throw in a license expired error or a 404. I can only access my normal account, so I have dropped a support request and I am waiting on their reply, their chat support is a joke, I have received zero answers from there. All in all a really really bad experience so far

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to websites. The team at pixelhost were so helpful and got me set up with everything I needed to get started with getting my website hosted. Special mention to Ned who guided me through everything, I highly recommend pixelhost!
