Customer support takes a very long time to respond. I requested a refund within the specified timeframe, but I have received no reply. This is the worst software I have ever used.
I bought this plugin (PixelYourSite Starter) for our company website, but it turned out to be completely incompatible with our platform (MioWeb). After activation, the plugin broke our entire site with a database error.
We immediately contacted the support team, explained the situation, and requested a refund (they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee). However, no one has ever replied — even after multiple follow-up messages over several weeks.
At this point, the support appears nonexistent, and the promised refund is ignored.
This is unacceptable for a paid product.
⚠️ Be careful before buying — there seems to be no real support or refund process!
Customer support is not responsive. Plugins are spamming wordpress dashboard non-stop, bad UX for settings, bad youtube videos, wouldn't trust these plugins.
I purchased the PixelYourSite plugin expecting a smooth integration with Facebook CAPI and Google Tag Manager as advertised. Unfortunately, the plugin never worked as promised – essential parameters like _fbc and _fbp were not passed, and it even caused conflicts with my existing Google Ad Manager setup.
Despite trying everything (including help from an experienced developer), I was unable to get it to work correctly. I submitted a refund request within their 14-day window, as clearly stated in their policy, and also followed up multiple times – through their website form, email, and even YouTube comments.
No response at all. Completely ignored.
This is unacceptable, especially for a paid product that claims to offer reliable support and a refund guarantee. I do not recommend this plugin or this company.
Scam company
They contacted us pretending to be Meta saying we had to use their tracking solution. Except that 1. They aren't meta and Meta would never advise using them, 2. Their tracking solutions is a really bad solution that gives us 0 control over our data. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They're impersonating another company so who knows what they actually do with your data. Have informed Meta of this.
Terrible customer service. Worse product.
Plugin is messy and not organized at all!
So we asked for a refund ref. the refund guarantee, but that is a lie / scam.
They do not refund your money as promised. Dumb scammers ....
