I haven't been using this brand for long but I've found the clothes fit perfectly & are well made, delivery is really good.

I've used Pixie girl a few times & spent a fair amount of money. This time I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit. I was within the 28 days & still am but I'd missed the 14 days of informing them by a few days. When I rang customer service they said they would send me a code to return items. Twice now I have rang customer service and they've assured me they'll send it but they have not. Although I have received many marketing emails since. I explained that items were for my disabled daughter who is petite but does not live with me & it's very difficult to try on clothes for her. I feel that customer service were just fobbing me off & not bothered about my situation or helping. I would have continued to order from this website but not after they could have helped to resolve a minor issue which would have made no impact on them whatsoever. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Delivery time was pretty good. Dress I ordered was of good quality.

Very poor customer service. Trying to return 2 items back having lots of problems. Send 4 Messages and call the customer service 4 times still waiting for them to get back to me.

Clothing is of good quality, brilliant site for well fitted clothing for the petite size person.

I have just received some PixieGirl Petite Chocolate Brown Marl Wide Leg Trousers. Under features details on their website it states these trousers are made from 95% cotton, 5% elastane. I have just checked the label in the trousers I have opened which states the trousers are polyester fabric. The trousers look exactly like the ones on the PixieGirl website so it can't be that I have been sent a different style. Left feeling disappointed.

Sweat dress size 8
This is a lovely sweat dress, it’s great for lounging with plenty of room to get over the hips without a struggle. Sleeves are a perfect length for petites and tbh I may have got away with a size 6 but kept the 8. Good quality, soft and perfect for this horrible weather just now.

Don’t fit and still too long. I am 4 ft 11 inches tall and still too long.

The reason for 2 stars is the sizing which is completely wrong. I am a UK 12-14 but with pixie I would need an 18-20 just for a top. I ordered a zip up top size 14 it looked like a size 8 . Absolutely ridiculous. No other clothing firm has the sizing so wrong as pixie

Great products for us petite ladies ! No more having to alter sleeves, leg lengths etc 👌

I didn’t even try them on. Thin fabric, no pockets, not mid rise on me. The hospice shop are grateful.
