I tested this product for less than 10 minutes and quickly realized it wasn't a fit for my professional needs. Despite reaching out immediately, PixVerse refused a refund because I used a few 'test credits' to actually see if the software worked. Their policy states refunds are only for 'unused' subscriptions—but how can you know if a tool works without trying it? Very poor customer service and a total lack of transparency. If you aren't 100% sure, don't give them your money, because you won't see it again.

So much time and credits wasted . It makes my pictures of my wife look worse instead of better. put nice glamorous pics in and they come out dowdy and plain. seems to get worse with every try. very puritanical app. Why can't they be honest and explain this before we waste our money. Not recommended.

i test a lot of tools for work and most of them get uninstalled within a week. pixverse has been on my machine for months. it does what you need it to do, at a price that makes sense, with an interface that doesnt waste your time. the model variety means i can match the output style to whatever the project needs. been on my machine for months, which honestly is the only metric that matters to me. tools that dont deliver get deleted fast. this one stayed

Terrible subscription/cancellation model and no response for cancellation or refund. I was charged for a standard subscription that I did not approve. And even when I logged onto the account, it didn't say I had a subscription!!!

Please God help.

I get so tired.. why are they allways programming their ai,s to not follow the prompts we give. I need to ask 10 times to make the wind in her hair stronger and it ignore making the dress longer. All this so they can earn more money on their customers as the credits will run out quickly with that kind of programming where we have to ask for a change again and again. And also it removes the joy to use the app. Other way its quite good and realistic quality..
It would be wonderful if any sellers out there for once wanted to think of customer friendliness.. And there are so much fearmongering about our climate. And still they programming their ais to not follow orders only to receive more money when people buy more credits. This costs huge amount of energy to produce more then double amounts of videos. Not good for customers not our planet. But good for them.. it should be illegal to make ai,s intentional refuse on prompt orders.

From working fine it will now not work at all. After uploading a photo to create, it keeps going back to my home page, with the wallpaper gone and leaving a black screen.

Powerful tool for having fun creating original and funny videos, but it has an enormous privacy and data security problem: they promise a private by default generation enviroment, but the content you generate is never really private, because it is reachable via URL without authentication.
That means that every crawler or bot could potentially stole personal data and access them.
Compliance and support mail don't answer my questions so far and seems like if they don't want to solve many problems about data security.

I discovered these guys early from a YouTube video and they've been fantastic for me ever since then, I use their outputs in just about every video I create in some way. There have been issues at times (just like any other AI SAAS has had issues) but the team have always been helpful and friendly and those have been worked out swiftly and with kindness. Which is what you want to have with something like that. I highly recommend them because they keep getting better and better. Pixverse is pretty generous, it still needs some tweaks here and there, but the quality, speed, and the way they actually listen to the community are solid. The platform even supports other models like Grok and Veo now. You really gotta check it out.
