Had a problem - They resolved it
18th December 2025 - Had a problem, emailed, their email doesn’t work.
Update 21st December 2025: Pizzazz Retail emailed promptly to investigate and upon providing evidence of the email that was sent, they apologised and provided a range of resolutions which included keeping the (small value) product as well as a refund or resending.
I can only presume that it was lost on the server during the busiest retail week of the year ,
