Worst company to ever use ,there is some one called Nate Taylor, he is extremely rude and intolerant, when I told him that no driver showed up at my house he insisted that the drivers delivered my shower head and taps and I accepted the delivery, rude person who did not help but argued and did not fix the issue ,had to run around for my refund for a month

Ordered a shower, they delivered a pair of basin taps. Failry obvious fail

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Great delivery updates, regularly received. 20 minute advance call before delivery. Thank you.

Bought a 760x760 Cooke & Lewis Onega Square Clear Shower Shower enclosure from PHJ throught B&Q and on assembley found parts were manufactured wrong and not lining up correctly this was over a week ago and still no response from PHJ. still no date set when I will receive the correct parts or admittance of failure in supplying an intact item this is beyond a joke at this stage hightly unprofessional quick to take my money and bury their heads in the sand will not be buying any products off PHJ again worst purchasing experience to date

Two lovely delivery guys named Mehmet and Yusuf just delivered my new bathroom suit on behalf of B&Q. Very friendly and cheerful delivery guys. Took time to tell me about their eventful day during storm Eunice yesterday when I asked how their day had gone. Phone call received approx 45 mins before delivery. I'm now about to check the contents to make sure all is OK 🤞 They've brightened my day!

Had a delivery today from PJH. The team Angela and Andrew were excellent. They delivered the goods to where I wanted them and were both helpful and polite.

If I could give them a zero I would! Dont use this company or anyone that it supplies. Worst Customer Service ever. We had a shower unit and base fitted by a Company that PJH supply. The fitting was good, but after only 10 uses the shower door shattered damaging the slate floor, and embedding glass into the base. This was raised with the fitting company who spoke to their sales rep only to tell us that it was our fault that the door shattered because we must have impacted it somehow (not the case). This is a guest bathroom and has been used for less than 10 times due to Covid restrictions, but because the unit was fitted about 15 months ago, it wasnt a product fault and the unit was discontinued so they couldnt resupply another one, but they would expect the customer (us) to pay for the replacement and fitting again. Even after threatening legal action and passing the details via CAB to trading standards, they still blamed us and refused to supply new replacements (I was even going to ignore the damage to the slate floor). If you want decent customer service and not a company that is quick to blame and refuse to honour the lifetime guarentee then stay well clear of these people.

Driver wasn't approachable when ask why he drove over my front grass, he said to me to Go away can't you see we working here even that he had finished,
The registration number is DE67 UNW the drivers public relations are very poor if he represents the company.
The address was B761WG will not give full address for security reasons.
I gave one star because of this was not the first time.

I had a delivery recently from PJH bathrooms who delivered my B&Q items.
I was so amazed by Andrew and Angela's customer services.
They informed when they will arrive,and was on time.
They were so engaging and was happy to put all my heavy items upstairs. They made me feel comfortable and was very friendly, joyful and happy.
Usually delivery persons just dump the items and go.
But this has made a big difference to me. Because I'm disabled and have to use a stair lift to be able to carry goods.
I rate this company and I give 5 stars for customer service.....lst. class.

PJH, are brilliant, hard working polite and friendly. Angela and Andrew my delivery guys are just that. I appreciate their time keeping customer service and a willing to please. I absolutely recommend them from my great experience

low quality products. Taps started falling apart after a few months of use and they refused to replace them making up excuses and blaming our use. please avoid

My delivery was due between 8.45 and 11.45. At 12.45 I called them to find out what had happened. I spoke to a nice lady called Susie who said she would find out and call me back. When she did she said the driver had got in a ‘pickle’ with his deliveries and that he was twenty minutes away. I then got a call from another very unprofessional lady (who would not even give her name). She told me the driver was stuck in traffic and would arrive some time today. She kept ‘huffing’ throughout the conversation. She was obviously not telling the truth as ten minutes later the delivery arrived, an hour and a half after the latest expected time.

This is the worst delivery service.
Got an email to confirm delivery on the 14/09, waited all day but nothing came, phoned them the next day, got told your order has been cancelled for no obvious reason and they will need to reorder it for next week.
no apology or explanation was given.

No problems with my delivery of bathroom furniture. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the items which turned up within 5 minutes of the final arrival time.

I have noted the poor reviews, and only can assume it's driver contact/ PJH . My experience was first class, they arrived and actually helped by putting bathroom suite upstairs , they could have left at the door. Thank you guys for your help.

PJH recently delivered an oven to us. They gave us an option to choose a delivery date convenient to us. Their communication was second to none. I was kept informed every step of the way. The item was delivered bang on time. The delivery driver was so helpful. It was a very large and heavy item and although I expected him to drop it 'kerbside', he didn't. He wheeled it right to the door. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you PJH.

Horrible service! Ordered from heatandplumb and was meant to receive my order originally on Friday between 11am-7pm driver called me at 7 am in the morning and sad he was outside the door and told me to accept the delivery although I am sure he could clearly see that it was a building site. He sad he could wait 10 min if I could get there. They called to say that they can not deliver on Friday and will deliver on Monday to which I agreed and told them that I can only accept delivery between 11am-7pm. Monday 5 pm they left me a voicemail to say that they can not deliver today and will deliver tomorrow. I have builders waiting around for them to deliver the item do not order with heatandplumb if you have to deal with this company.

Absolutely shocking service. Delivery driver terrible, couldn’t move anything, banged radiator. Had to do it myself at 6months pregnant. No regard for anyone, didn’t want to be working. Very rude
