I recently booked my hair transplant at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital through PlacidWay, and I cannot praise my coordinator, Elisabeta, enough for her outstanding support.
From the very first day, Elisabeta was always available and responded to all my questions with incredible speed and professionalism. She helped me find the perfect option that suited both my medical needs and my budget.
What impressed me most was her incredible patience and care. Planning a medical trip can be stressful, especially when dates change several times. Elisabeta was extremely patient while we adjusted the surgery schedule and coordinated my flight tickets to Turkey. She never made me feel rushed and was always focused on finding the best solution for me.
She also organized a video consultation with the hospital team and an interpreter, which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Thanks to her guidance, I even decided to postpone my vacation to Thailand to ensure a safe recovery — a recommendation that showed she truly cares about my health results, not just the sale.

I dont think these reviews are real. Leads are cheap, but they are sold too many other doctors, "patients" have no real interest and is just a waste of time to chase them. pay one year in advamce, no cusmtomer serice, no one to talk to.

Working with Placidway was a pleasant successful experience.
