We just got back from a fantastic holiday in Rhodes thanks to Ian for sorting it out for us. A few weeks before there were wild fires and we were concerned as to whether we would be able to go, Ian was fantastic and answered all of my questions and gave me regular updates.
If you want the personal touch and someone highly knowledgeable and professional I’d certainly recommend Ian.
I’m always asking him for quotes for holidays and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Another fabulous trip and service from Ian. I had a great 2 week holiday in Orlando, the hotel was in the perfect location and great for someone traveling alone with 2 children. Ian really went above and beyond, when it came for us to return and the flight was cancelled. The airline wanted us to stay an extra week and were refusing to help find accommodation. Ian liased with them from the UK on my behalf and managed to get an earlier flight and find me a room back at my original hotel. With the time difference this was all late at night for Ian, but he was more than happy to help and stayed available until he was sure that we were checked back in at the hotel.

Recently got back from Singapore, Kuala lumpur and Bali. An absolute fantastic holiday!

I was referred to Ian from a friend and he was amazing from start to finish. Everything we asked for he sorted and nothing was to much trouble. We are already planning our next trip and have already spoken to Ian.

Ian at Plane Sailing Travels arranged a holiday to Disney Land Paris for our extended family.
He arranged the whole package from flights, hotel, theme park tickets and private transfers, this made it super easy for me!
Ian quickly us updated when the flight times changed and was always available to answer any questions.
All I had to do was provide Ian with the dates we wanted to travel, the name of the hotel we had chosen and the details of our family members.

Thanks for this cottage recommendation in Port William, Scotland it's beautiful, everything you need, spotless with no expense spared on furnishings. The views are spectacular, over looking the sea towards the peninsula.

It's a different world away up here, with tiny villages, if you're looking for peace and relaxation, Scotland is the place for you.

My go to travel agent for all trips now. Ian is an amazing agent who is always available to help even when he is on holiday. He has found me amazing deals including one to Florida that saved me thousands compared to a High Street name. He is really passionate about travel and finding the holiday that is right for the customer.

We’ve used Plane Sailing Travels for several trips now, including an All Inclusive holiday, a couple of city breaks, our first ever cruise with Virgin voyages (which was an amazing trip), to our big west coast USA trip that was custom made for us based on the info we provided.

So far we’ve been lucky not to encounter any issues in the Covid era of travel but we have seen reviews left by other clients where there have been cancellations or positive Covid tests & PST have sorted alternatives to avoid families missing quality holiday time. You don’t get that through big online companies or in store agents.
