The information given is easily understandable and the care taken to select good hotels and trains is excellent. I have used these guys twice and already have another trip booked. My first experience didn't give me too much time between local stops but once I understood how it worked, it became easier to navigate. However, my second trip seemed more allowing for train times and worked seamlessly. I've flown, cruised and driven but the train travel bug is growing and there's so many accessible countries by rail and you can enjoy the wonderful scenery whilst relaxing. They use a company called Altesse Limousines too, and they too are really professional and kind. For me, it's a great way to get around and see so much of Europe and beyond.

My daughter and I have just been on an amazing trip to Germany and Switzerland, by rail. PlanetRail organised everything so well, train timetables given to us, hotels excellent and a lovely car journey to take us across Paris for our final Eurostar journey. The driver of our taxi was waiting for us at Gard du Lyon in Paris and helped with our luggage. Superb. Thank you, all at PlanetRail. We just have one comment. We travelled first class on all trains, except having been told we were in the Premier class on the Eurostar it transpired that we were travelling Eurostar Plus, not Premier. This meant we could not use the lounges at Eurostar in London or Paris. Our information should have said we travelled first class EXCEPT on the Eurostar service. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
