It's was great to have business with plan holidays. They made my holidays like a heaven. Tyler was very good and patience with me. He facilitate me so much regarding holidays and flights.

Tyler was a lovely agent who managed to put together a package for our honeymoon. His suggestions were great, and the price was much better than we expected. He is such a patient person. Unfortunately, we didn't go ahead with the trip but Tyler was still nice and offered support for any future holidays. Wishing him all the success.

I have to say I was a difficult customer changing my mind backwards and forwards and then being very fussy anout the hotels. I had seen a holiday to Bali advertised and knew it was good value so enquired about it. I then decided that maybe we would rather go to Vietnam so a lot of bwork around that and then went back to wanting to go to Bali. My agent Tyler handled it all patiently and proffesionally and worked hard to find us what we wanted. I am very pleased with the package we settled on. When Tyler called me he explained everything clearly and politely. A very pleasant young man. I will be using them again.

What an absolute nightmare of a customer I have been. Mark was brilliant and changed my holiday destination and once that was booked even changed my hotel. Mark was absolutely amazing, very calm and took everything I threw at him in his stride. Apologies from me to you Mark, but a massive thank you!!!! X

I had a holiday planned with love holidays.. they cancelled 23 days before I was due to flight out. I found plan holidays on Facebook, they couldn’t do enough for me to fix my holiday and try get me back on track, even went outta there way to try keep it on the budget I had. Easy to speak to, and had everything booked within out an hour of chatting to them, honestly couldn’t thank them enough after me being so stressed that my holiday was cancelled.
