Great product..easy to assemble and gives enough heat for my small patio space. There was a delay with delivery due to Covid restrictions but I was kept informed and notified of expected date of delivery following this. Item then arrived as advised

Fantastic planters

Excellent service
I ordered 2 planted window boxes for a friend’s birthday. From my initial enquiry to the finished items, the service was friendly and efficient. Due to COVID I needed delivery which was arranged. Ross texted me photos of the planted boxes.
Would highly recommend.

Slick, high quality, reliable
Ross was incredible at sorting options for me. From start to finish. Quick response to initial enquiry, samples sent through, order taken and produced just as fast. Excellent ordering and payment options, very slick! Impressive to see local businesses adapting to 21st century needs, especially with covid hampering getting out and about! Quality of finished product is as expected, excellent! Delivered to my house along with compost and plants. Couldn’t be happier. Delighted to have found this business because I will use them in future and can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the great work Ross and team.

Excellent customer service
Well done. The item was delivered within the time frame requested. Communication throughout was excellent. Haven't seen the item as it was a gift but the recipient was delighted with it. Very happy with the whole experience and happily recommend.
