I agree with others that the Customer Sevice from Plant People has become awful. I had a very positive experience with them 3 years ago but it seems completely replaced with AI.

My most recent experience with them was being selected as a winner of one of their Instagram giveaways over 2 months ago. I responded less than 24 hours later to arrange shipping the prize but they never replied, despite me sending multiple messenges and emailing customer support just resulted in something to the effect of "we'll get our social media team to reach out to you" (and then no response). Also, the "support" seemed like AI bots. Such a shame as this company used to have heart + I think the products are cool too (though their claim of being "regenerative organic" I don't think is so honest either...)

The Customer Sevice for this plantpeople.com is awful. They have fraudulent practices. I signed up to purchase one product on that website, it automatically choose for me a monthly renewal subscription. Once I realize that happened and I canceled it - Received an email from them confirming cancellation. The charges and the product still kept coming. They claim that it takes them over three weeks to reverse a subscription . This is a typical practice of fraudulent companies that depend on making money with erroneous practices - banking on people not fighting for $30 or $40 product refund. It's so sad.

I ordered a 1x shipment. Then, a month later I got an email saying they were sending the second shipment. I logged in and did not even have a subscription to cancel. I immediately emailed them to say no and they replied to confirm they canceled it. However, I was charged the next day and the shipment was sent. I emailed them again to say I did not sign up for a subscription and they already confirmed they canceled the second order. No refund though. Unethical all of it.

Ordered the "variety pack," but needed mostly for sleep. Had a horrible reaction from 2 sleep gummies and was up all night, breathing shallow, could not sleep, then started dry heaving. Horrible! Then, when I got a hold of customer service to get my money back, they told me they couldn't find my order and I had to send them a copy of what went through at my bank which was almost $63!! Do not recommend whatsoever. Still waiting to get a refund.

Excellent Customer Service! I wasn’t sure about trying these but after reading their website & their dedication to purity, I was Sold! I ordered the Wonder Sleep. Awesome! I take two before bed about 30 minutes & Im out! I have it timed so I can shut my TV off when they kick in! Easy online ordering, fast shipping! Taste good too! Thank you! B Cook

Beware of signing up for a subscription. I was unable to do it myself online and have been chasing customer service for weeks with zero response or assistance. I'm ready to contact my creditcard company in case they charge me again. Terrible customer service and i regret making the purchase.

Sketchy! Very easy to order, but not so easy when you realize they are not a company you want to do business with, ever. The product does not work, and you are somehow committed to a subscription plan. Good luck trying to opt out. Funny that you get a text about a new shipment on a weekend, but there’s no way to contact them on a weekend. I should have checked TrustPilot first. Reviews on Facebook are a joke.

I ordered a sleep aid ONE time. I had no idea it was recurring. When they automatically sent me another shipment one month later, I returned it and disputed the charge on my credit card. I looked very hard to find a place on their site where I could cancel my recurring purchase, but I couldn't find it. I emailed support, saying please cancel my recurring purchase, but I never heard back. I asked my credit card company to block future charges. They did not. Now I have a third shipment of ineffective sleep aids coming that I did not want. If you buy from them, they will make you recurring monthly without your knowledge, and it will be very difficult to fix. Grossly unethical behavior, but I doubt these scammers have any conscience, so don't expect them to be bothered.

Sketchy practices preying on the sleepless epidemic so many people deal with. They advertise, with no conditions stated a “30% off your first order”. Once you provide an email address, they insist on a phone number. When you receive the email, it’s a “30% off your first subscription order”. - even PlantPeople themselves must realize their product doesn’t work because they attempt to lock you into a “subscription” before you’ve even tried the product. Such a low-brow, sketchy way of doing business. I was willing to give it a try but as soon as they start pushing subscription services, they’re basically telling you that your trust in them means nothing and that it’s just about grabbing as much cash as they can before you realize how poor and useless their gummies are. No thanks.

Loved the mushroom sleep gummies they work very well

Their site indicates a 30 percent discount but when you add an item to your cart it doesn’t give you the discount and the site only allows one item in your cart. Very poor website. I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response.
Wound not recommend.
