These meals are great, really tasty with good portions. We have a vegan member in our family who struggles to find healthy vegan meals when out dining. Ordering is simple with plenty of choice and delivery is on time. Very impressed with the overall service and experience.

Zero customer support from Plantly
Ordered from Plantly with a confirmed delivery date. That date passed with no delivery. DPD have held the parcel for 4 days with tracking stuck on “we will update you soon”.
The real issue is Plantly’s customer service. Contacted them by email, live chat and phone. No response on any channel for 4 days.
They set an expectation they didn’t meet, then disappeared when it went wrong.
No update. No ownership. No attempt to fix it.
If anything goes wrong with your order, expect no support. I would not recommend using Plantly.

Fabulous customer service and SERIOUSLY yummy food
I have been having problems with parcels being stolen from my doorstep.

As well as having such a good customer service team, Planty meals themselves are GORGEOUS. Not using any mest means that it’s possible to completely enjoy both thr food as well as the sales back up

Trying this service for a family member…
Trying this service for a family member who has had difficulty finding healthy, vegan meals elsewhere. I was surprised at the variety of meals and my family member said they tasted great and were full of flavour. It’s a relief to know he’s having something nutritious that is easy for him to heat up. Delivery and ordering were both seamless too.

Delicious healthy food
Delicious healthy food, much better than takeaways and the delivery on subscription means we're never without a great meal. Great taste, nutrition, and no animals harmed (my essential criterion met!) so, a triple win!

These meals have been a godsend
These meals have been a godsend! I aim to eat healthily and have cut out meat, but I was struggling to find the motivation and energy to prepare fresh, nutritious meals with working full time.
The Planty meals are so healthy, varied and, above all tasty and there’s lots to choose from. They’re frozen and quick and easy to cook, using a microwave or oven. I’m going to order some side dishes and puddings next as they look yummy. You can filter based on spice level, low fat, sugar etc. It’s also great that they’re so ethical and you can recycle the packaging back to them. I’m so glad I found this company!

Nailed it - but a couple of observations
A fabulous selection of tasty meals which arrive by a reliable courier in robust, insulated packaging. Cardboard trays used instead of plastic which is excellent.
My observations so far are these:
Bearing in mind that the food is already cooked, the suggested heating times (microwave) are far too long so my first two meals ended up as mush. Still working on the best microwave temperature and timing for my palate.
There seems to be a high percentage of 'sauce' in some of the meals (last night's about 47%?) so I have cleared my filters and will try different options in future.

Easy to navigate the website and order
Easy to navigate the website and order. I like the flexibility with the subscription. I was able to put off future delivery for months even though I will change that when the food runs out. Delivered after a few days. Food excellent. I like everything I've eaten except for the beetroot stew with dumplings. It had way too much salt. Pity because I would probably have liked it with a lot less salt. Not sure why Planty would do this as salt is something that can be added later according to taste. I will order again because I like the wide range of ingredients and recipes. The meals are easy to store in freezer and cook with microwave or oven.

I would order more often if it was reasonably priced.
I absolutely detest their 'Paneer' butter masala due to the cauliflower rice. I really nice the Buddha Bowl, Bean bake, Tempeh stir fry, and chilli non carne. I would love to see some more high protein meals.
I would probably stop cooking completely if it fit my budget range. A meal costs a bit more than £6 (with a coupon). I understand it may be a bit cheaper if I order in bulk but given that I live in a shared house and have limited freezer space, I can't order more than 6-7 meals in one go.

I have tried so many ready meals
I have tried so many ready meals, recipe boxes etc I can say 100% that Planty is the best. These meals are delicious, nutritious, satisfying and healthy. I initially ordered so I would have healthy nutritious meals as I recover from surgery. For sure I’ll be ordering so that Planty meals become my daily nutrition. Highly recommend anyone to give these a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been really impressed with the quality, taste and variety of meals available. All with quality ingredients. The information about each meal is also very helpful (eg fibre, protein, vitamins).

Food is really delicious. Portion sizes are good and heating instructions are clear and easy to follow. I like that they have an option to return packaging to be reused.

Amazing variety of meals to choose from. Excellent portion sizes. Every meal I’ve had has been delicious. High fibre and protein available to suit nutrition needs. Highly recommend.
