Fraud Online Nursery : My online orchid purchase experience from them was very very worst. This online nursery is completely misleading its customers. I ordered two orchids described as "medium-sized," but I received two tiny plants with only 2–3 leaves each. To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach. I have tried every communication channel to resolve this, but they refuse to answer my calls. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

An absolute amazing collection of both indoors and outdoor species of flowering non flowering succulent and fruit trees

Ordered for 4 different orchids on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. Received very good and healthy plants. Delivery was late though it missed the occasion I still rate as 5 star due to heathy plants. Need to improve on quick response

Plants have been delivered in good condition, the packaging was good. The plants also look in good shape. Most significantly, I found the pricing of the plants very much appropriate according to their size and variety.

One of the Best Nursery in india i bought many plants from plantzone.in and always i recived good quality plants, there customer service is also good they guide me in a proper way ,i also visit there ofline Nursery once to buy some plants they have a lots of indoor plants collection ,
They delivered ventilated boxes, secure root protection, moist packing material

I have ordered orchid plants and got the plants in a very good condition and the plants health is also very good. Having a very good experience all together from ordering till receipt.

Received dehydrated orchid plants. More that 15 days before they might have removed /cut and sent.

Så ringe en kundeservice vil absolut ikke handle hos dem igen,da jeg lagde min ordre så gik det næsten 14 dage med levering og mottog så planter frø og jord i en meget våd kasse samt dårligt pakket og planterne var knækket og låg med synlige rødder i lerjord og så vil de efterfølgende have billeder på dette???? Det hele røg ud og det fremgår ikke at de kræver dokumentation på deres website og dette er deres fejl da de pakket læst og de har pligt at pakke forsvarligt ved bestilling!!! Så pas på her

Received plants in short time, quality is good and healthy

Total fraud. DO NOT fall for discounts. They send 10-15 days old cuttings or seedling. I received 2 damaged plants . No response from support team . avoiding calls and asking for unpacking videos. Money wasted. Better pay more and order from clickorchid/orchid tree/ pots and petals/ guna orchids etc. You will get good mature plants and great support in case of damage.
