Superb customer service from start to finish.

Poor start but good service in the end.
Terrible customer service. The first part of my order was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, however the second part of my order still hasn't arrived a month later. I have emailed twice to query this and been ignored each time. Their delivery isn't cheap, but becomes ridiculous when they can't even deliver all your items. Will definitely avoid in future.
Edit: after leaving this review I was contacted by a helpful employee who ensured the missing items were delivered asap.

I am really sorry , Mr Knight but we depends on carrier companies . We do our best to provide a good service but sometimes is out of our hands . I am glad the problem was eventually sorted and I have to apologize again

Thank you for your feedback, Wayne , but, unfortunately those are the chargers raised by Fedex not us . And, in our defence, £10 delivery charge is very small compare to what other companies are changing these days . I am sorry you had to leave a 2 starts review when you were happy about our service and products .

Only part order was sent
Only part order was sent. Instead of 4 packs only 4 panels were shipped and on the other order only 8 panels were sent instead of 8 packs. Some of the panels corners were damaged during shipping

Nick , I contacted the Hounslow branch where you chose to collect the item from and I was told you ve been there, collected, you spoke to the guys on the phone and everything is alright . Maybe you needed the item straight away but you have to give us 2-3 working days to make sure everything is in stock for you .
