Fast delivery, great quality
Easy to order online, good email updates on status and fast delivery (2days in this case). 5mm fibreglass rod (2.5m) product is great quality and as described. Will definitely use Plastock again.

A bit letdown
They didn't have the item for approx 5/6 months and I was told they would let me know the minute it came back into stock, they didn't.
Although, on the plus side, the price was good.

As you may be aware, the particular size of acrylic tube you required is not widely available and was subject to a protracted lead time. I understand that you were informed of the lead time on 15 August and were further advised on 18 October that the product would be back in stock at the end of November. Your subsequent order on 12 December was dispatched the same day.

I needed a non-standard length of…
I needed a non-standard length of material, so after making the online order, I phoned the number given and was immediately put through to someone. After explaining what I needed, they were able to make the cutting change at no extra cost and it was delivered shortly afterwards.

Good range of stock.
I have purchased from Plastock previously so knew the product I required, to be honest the online system to select the product and add cuts (if required) is a bit clunky and doesn't always work BUT the range of stock, price and delivery costs are good. The items arrived very swiftly and were very well packaged. I will but from Plastock again and would recommend the company.

Very quick delivery. It was a shame that there was no confirmation of delivery date. Materials arrived within 3 days. Delivery driver needed assistance to reverse his lorry, worrying when left alone on the road.
