This is a scamming platform!!!
A client sent me money for the service I provided in May but cancelled and returned back to client which he didn't send me the money again and this crazy platform still go ahead and locked me out since then to deny me access to my funds on balance since then. I have contacted them many times but no single response.

I can say it 100% that all the positive reviews they have are fake!!!

Loaded my Platnova card via my Platnova account. Card wouldn’t work and was told “maintenance issue” and that it would be resolved in 48 hours. This was 27 days ago and since then Iv never been able to use the card and the funds have somehow gone from $42.75 to -$23.26 and after daily requests for update I am only receiving generic responses from customer service. I will anybody having issues to contact fraud in action and the ombudsman. No matter how little the damage. Or else they will keep making victims

Love the gift card feature, I used it to buy nintendo eshop gift cards, and it was really easy

They are thieves, literally. They steal your money the minute you deposit.
If you try to contact them, they will respond for the first few messages then ignore you once you tell them that they're scammers.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!! And report them.

Platnova scammed me with a deposit of 2000k they give me excuses there is an issue in receiving bank account and you money will be credited after 20 days which this talks is really wrong and scamming people to steal Money from them .. they requested from me to do not contact sender bank they afraid to get Caught.. Very bad Experience if u want to lose you money deal with them

This PLAtNOVA is a scam company,after deposits are made they bring up excuses so you won't be able to access your funds and the customer services come up with different excuses,they are not good to deal with and imagine their CEO is a former associate of Patricia that scammed millions of Nigerians,my advice is avoid this PLAtNOVA like a plague
