I seldom write product or service reviews but this company is an exemption. I emailed platoscience about an issue with my headset and received a pleasant response that they’re replacing and sending me a new unit. Can’t praise them enough on their high quality product but also to their excellent support service.
I bought my PlatoWork a few months ago. I used it a lot for learning and focus sessions.
I have seen so many results and I'm such a fan!
In a few days it became my daily habit.
Unfortunaly I had a very serious problem with the battery: my platowork no longer lights up.
I write an e-mail to the company that supports me quickly with a lot of empathy after verifying my situation and sending me a new platowork soon!
A higly recommend Plato Science for those who are an early adopter of innovative products.

I had a hardware issue with my headset that the team quickly resolved. They responded quickly and diagnosed the issue, solving the issue in a way that satisfied all of my requirements.

I am using the PlatoWork Headset for about 6 weeks, nearly daily, and I think it has some serious and helpful effects on my mental state and consciousness. While it‘s subtile and difficult to determine what it does exactly, it‘s quiet clear, it does something which is so valuable to me that I do not regret a single cent I spent for it. It‘s quite amazing that this device allows to have a treatment that is not only scientifically proved but also was just something to get from a doctor a therapist, here and there. The customer service is so great! I would always recommend the PlatoWork Headset.

I only have positive things to say about tDCS technology in general and the PlatoScience company and their product in particular; the PlatoWork headset is by far the best mental wellbeing/performance-enhancing product I've invested in (and certainly the most interesting) in terms of producing tangible and immediate effects. I would recommend this to anyone who're interested in exploring the potential of neurotech.
Great product for cognitive enhancement and mental health. Highly responsive customer service.
