Cannot verify account.No matter what format is sent.Is there another way????

Won money after my first buy in. Verification was giving me problems so I emailed customer service, they responded quickly within 24 hours and told me to email my forms to them. I did and got verified all within that 24 hours... That was Friday July 3rd. Obviously no cashing out thru holiday weekend, but Monday I inquired about my pay out and by Tuesday morning (this morning) I had my winnings in my account cashing out thru debit card. A very smooth experience, great game variety, great deals upon purchase. All around great platform and have already suggested this site to many friends. Finally a great game that's not a hassle and no ads. Awesome frfr.

So far everything's been great. Customer service gets back to you very quickly and I've just done my first redemption on a Sunday night same time I'm making this review. I will update it on when my redemption comes in. Other than that these guys are on top of things. I played a lot of different social casinos and their customer support is top-notch and there to help had a problem with a purchase where I got an email that said it should have been worth 10sc more the next day it was on my account. You can't beat that. Will update on how long the redemption takes.

I deposited about 300 won up to about 700, but they denied my withdrawal and banned me for "abusing promotions."

I had already deposited several times and lost all my money so that was ok, but the moment I win I get banned.

Won a blackjack hand on gravity blackjack it lagged me out logged back into the game after I won the hand and never got paid and now there is an investigation which has taken 4 days and it clearly says to contact support to be paid for my winning hand

I bought the welcome bonus $25 for 55, they didn’t even give me much play time as a new user, I’ll never purchase again

Got an error in the middle of a bonus round, I logged back in immediately and the bonus round is gone and my balance was significantly lower. I did everything I could, cleared my cache, looked at the bet history and it doesn't even reflect the bonus round at all. Very frustrating.

Had an issue with my verification about a month ago and it’s yet to be resolved. After asking updates 3 times, I just get an automated response with no actual updates. I’ve been sitting on my SC for the whole time.

They require additional address verification. Despite the fact that United States ID'S and Licenses display address. For address verification the file HAS to be a jpEg (they won't accept jpg) or PNG file. File has to be under 4mb. Their system wont accept compressed png's to meet the max file size. They dont accept pdf's. Who has a bank statement that's a jpeg or can fit in a -4mb png? Nobody. If you have a modern phone that takes high quality photos, the picture you take of your utility bill will be too large. This is by design. This is so when you win big you cant redeem due to not being fully verified. SCAM with a capital S.
Support is worthless. I told them I wont spend a penny at a site until im verified and needed them to review the statement I emailed and approve my address verification so I can purchase and play. When they read this, they had zero interest in assisting as the whole point is to keep you from being fully verified so you can't redeem.
Don't believe the fake reviews, RUN AWAY, or you'll be back here reading this "i told you so"

I gave 2 stars so far due to my address verification will not go through and haven't seen how redemption work everything else verified identification documents everything except the address which is the same as my id

I am waiting for my redemption. I also contacted support, no response, no nothing. So unreliable. It's pending and needs to be approved.

So far it has been a pretty good experience. I have a pending withdrawal from Friday May 1st, 2026. I contacted support to ask about an address verification and I recieved an automated message stating they didnt work on weekends so I waited until Monday and they contacted me promptly at 9 a.m. They said everything looked good but I would have to wait 3 to 5 for it to be processed. So if everything goes through smoothly, they'll be getting five stars! Ill keep you posted:)
