The VIP service is great, although it is only available during the week, which isn’t ideal. Time zones further complicate things, but Ilona, my manager, is a wonderful and kind person. It is nice having one person to talk to about everything, instead of many different people.

The bonuses are great as well, some do have high wagering requirements, though it is possible to win with them.

As for wins and losses, I’d say I’m evened out currently. I have had many big wins, and many big losses.

The site itself is very easy to use, and has many more games than the other casinos I am a part of. So. Many. Games!

I think what sets this site apart from all others is the fast withdrawl process. It’s incredibly fast. The staff does their absolute best to ensure the funds are going to the right person. They are very conscientious about proper ID, and what not.

Unfortunately, there is a limit to what you can withdrawal in a day, or week. This is the only casino I am a part of that does this.

The surprise bonuses are great, though they are not every day. I put a lot of money in, whether as part of a review I am doing, or my own, and there isn’t always a bonus available.

Overall, Playamo is top 3 of the casinos I am a part of. My VIP manager is wonderful, the site is straight forward, user friendly, and there are many chances to win, and you absolutely cannot beat the withdrawal times.

Well, I think Playamo was one of the first online gaming that I won my first $2800, on a first spin of $1 bet. Have been playing it from time to time and won here and there. I am still waiting for that big sudden jackpot to be honest.
I have been managed by my 2nd Playamo Manager (Dana) she seems very friendly and exercises her customer service promptly whenever we communicate via email.
The only thing I would like to add, is whenever I win I would like my payment sent the same day, it usually takes a couple of days via e-transfer.
I tried adding a bank VISA Debit bank card but, I receive a message saying I already had too many payment methods, I don't get it.
