My cats really love all the playology toys they get- not only are they durable but you really can tell that they are designed with how an animal plays and interacts with them for maximum enjoyment! And it was really nice connecting with Karen in customer service when i needed assistance with one of the items i bought! She handled my issue right away and even donated a few extra treats for the shelter cats I volunteer with! We are definitely lifelong customers now 😻😻😻🙌🐾♥️

This review is for Karen. She was very helpful and responded quickly when our butterfly toy did not work. She promised to send a replacement which arrived today. Curly is very happy!

My dog destroyed a toy within minutes, so I reached out to get a recommendation for something more suited to her. I got an instant reply, and Karen asked questions to find out how best to help me. Then she sent a new toy to replace the destroyed one! This is some customer service!

The 5 stars is for Karen and the happiness guarantee on the toy. It said reach out so I did- my cats never touched the toy but I couldn’t get it to fly ( it was a rubber band propelled butterfly).
I was amazed when I received an immediate reply and offer to send a different kind of toy!!! She even asked questions about my kitties to pick something special which is now on its way!
Hurray Karen. Stellar customer service still exists. And works- who wouldn’t buy from a company that has a happiness guarantee!!!!

Karen’s customer service is second to none. I informed her that our playology ball after 3 months ripped at the seam. She was so quick and attentive in helping us get a new ball for our 9 month old cattle dog mix at no charge! She even went over and beyond and offered other toys as an alternative! I would definitely recommend Playology toys in the future!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our dogs love these bones. They are both well under the 50 pound limit for the medium size bone. Our 37 pound French Bulldog chewed so hard that he ate the end of the bone. It would not pass through his digestive system. So he had emergency surgery at $5,000 to get it removed. He is doing well. We will never buy one of these bones again.

I bought a toy product because of the happiness guarantee. My 🐈‍⬛ had stopped playing with all but strings and was scared of first toy. Karen, a company representative and I were in contact 3x, and today a new free toy arrived,a motorized whirling birdie. When I stopped playing with it, the cat jumped up and poked me then went to the table herself to try to retrieve it. 😻

Karen "customer service " will not respond now. 🤣 after a week of back and forth regarding 2 "crunch" balls I purchased were not making any noise, her request after telling her I have problems with my hands, sending her a very painful video, she agreed to send a replacement but now I emailed her once again to ask how long/when will I receive it. NO REPLY! DAMN!!! headache and all the pain I went though to take a video!!!!!

Their toy almost killed my cat. Caused an intestinal obstruction requiring emergency care. Playology refused to take accountability despite many other customers having similar experiences.

Had an issue with a product. Karen was above and beyond the norm of what you would call customer service. This company stands by there products firmly By far some of the best pet products on the market. If you need a great toy for your dog make sure you check with them first. Can’t be beat!!

I had purchased two of the toys that were rated for 50lbs and over chewers.(Dog toy fetch stick) My dogs destroyed them within minutes. I contacted the company and received a very timely email back from Karen in customer service. She was wonderful! I returned the toys to the store and sent her a picture of my receipt. She worked with me to get one of their toughest toys and is shipping it to me free of charge. If it works, I'll buy another for my other dog. Very satified customer! Easy to deal with company.

Purchased 2 xl balls and large stick. Was told at Petco that rep for playology advised lifetime guarantee and that is why it was twice the price of competitors toys. Toys started tearing and squeakers stopped working right away. Owner, Karen advised that they cannot replace due to age of toys. Never purchasing another product again from them.

FANTASTIC customer service!! We have many of their toys. Our pittie tore apart a toy within 24 hours of buying and I reached out, they offered to send a stronger rated toy (at no cost) and it hasn’t left his mouth since. Highly recommend this company and their products!

This company is awesome! The chew stick toy has been a favorite with our dog one. So much so- the first stick lasted years and we just got a new one and it’s the one and only go to.
We tried the dry tech recently for dog two. A real chewer that one and we realize it’s better for a less aggressive chewer. But still our dogs both wanted to play with it. Karen was super helpful directing us to a better option for that real chewer dog. She offered a replacement and was so thoughtful to do so. Small companies are my go to…engaging with real people instead of corporate bots.
Will definitely use Playology for our dog toy needs!

I bought a toy, it’s a bird on a spring with a suction cup. The toy was missing a part. My cats loved the toy, but I thought their experience would be better with the suction cup part working. I reached out to Karen at Playology and she sent me the part that was missing and a whole new one. Now my two cats each have one and they both love the toy. Thank you sooo much! It’s a great toy.

I had purchased a toy from Playology at my local Petsmart for my 6 month kitty. That toy broke only a day later. I knew Petsmart would not accept a refund or return so I reached out to Playology as they display a customer service email on the back of the package. Karen was a dream to work with. She immediately offered solutions to get my kitty a toy that was better suited for him to replace the broken one. This kind of customer service was above and beyond what I expected and I’m so grateful.

I recently purchased a Playology toy that didn't work out for my pup who is an aggressive chewer. I contacted Karen at the company and after answering a few questions, she arranged to have a toy sent that would work for my little guy. The toy is so great and my pup loves it! It's currently his "go to" toy. He's able to play with it without destroying it in 10 minutes.

I recently purchased several Playology cat toys that my cats unfortunately had no interest in, so I emailed the company about my experience. I received a response the very next morning apologizing and asking a few follow-up questions about the toys as well as some details about my cats. I replied back and received their response almost immediately. In their response, they offered to send me some alternative toys that my cats might find more interesting based on the information I had given them. They asked me to let them know which toys I would like, and they would get the replacements sent right out to me. It was so refreshing to be treated with such respect and understanding in my correspondence with Playology. This is a great company with excellent customer service that truly stands behind their products.
