I absolutely love this platform! As a mom, it’s so hard to find time for workouts, and this is such a brilliant idea - exercising together with your child. The video lessons are fun, easy to follow, and make working out feel enjoyable instead of stressful.

I also love the positive energy and how supportive the creator is. It really helps moms stay active while spending quality time with their kids. Highly recommend for moms who want to feel healthier, stronger, and happier without leaving their children behind!

This app is simply wonderful. Before having my daughter I was incredible active and I was really missing this part of my life. Finding the time for me to go and do a class is currently tricky but we can do this together anytime at home and every day!!!. The exercises are fun and easy to follow and you can tailor them to suit you, so the workouts will grow with us as a family. I’m extra happy as it will inspire my daughter to keep fit, exercising this way is fun!!! Would recommend in a heartbeat,

Brilliant! As a father of 5 who tries to stay in shape, when I've worked out at home my children have imposed in and interrupted workouts. But it's only because they wanted my attention. When we play together it normally involves lots of movement, fun, and joy. It doesn't seem like exercise. Combining all the above gives the best of both worlds. Welcome to a happier family. This is awesome!

The videos are very intuitive and you can choose step by step which exercises you prefer! Me and my kids laughed a lot!
