Won a small amount, £150 and withdrew part of it.{£100}. Forfeited the bonus, fair enough. Then received an email saying that my account was under review and I wouldn't receive any promos or bonuses from them or associated sites in future and could not open accounts with any of them with immediate effect. Seems you are not welcome if you are lucky enough to win. Unpleasant experience and I would not recommend. There are much more welcoming sites out there and I wouldn't bother with this site which obviously is a sore loser!!

They sent me email saying my bank santander had refused the withdrawals, they then asked for several months bank statements then ignored me for over a month after I sent them blocking my account and refusing to pay my £870.
