I had a very experience experience with the move in - coming from overseas, I definitely appreciated having someone set up the billing for all my services, but I only discovered the pricing of broadband was incredibly high well after it was too late to cancel. The price I'm paying is well over double what I could get from Vodafone or Sky. It's hard to believe there's any reason the price is that high, other than that they expect some people not to know what price is normal - and they were right; they tricked me!
