Forced to take bonus
I just wanted to deposit without any offers, but the cashier automatically added a bonus. Then I had to contact support to remove it and they acted like it was a big deal.

Clunky navigation between games
Switching from one slot to another always sends you back to the lobby first. No quick-switch or favourites bar. After a while that extra clicking gets really old.

Clunky captcha on login
Sometimes when logging in I get a captcha that takes ages, tiny pictures on mobile and all that. Failed it twice once and it locked me for an hour. Not what I want when I’m just trying to check my balance.

I like some specific providers, but their lobby doesn’t let you filter by that. Just endless categories like “popular” or “new”, which doesn’t help much. Wastes my time.

Na een paar avonden spelen bleef ik vooral zitten met spijt. Niet eens vanwege het bedrag dat ik kwijt was, dat was nog te overzien, maar meer omdat ik me zo in de maling genomen voelde door alle kleine regeltjes en truukjes. Dat gevoel neem ik niet graag nog eens mee.

Déçu, très déçu
Je me suis inscrit parce qu’un pote m’a dit qu’il avait fait un petit retrait sans soucis, mais pour moi c’est l’inverse total. Dépôt facile, bonus qui a l’air sympa, puis je découvre les mises max ridicules, les jeux qui plantent pile quand j’arrive à faire un peu monter le solde, et un chat qui me répète toujours la même chose « merci de patienter ». Pas de drame, j’ai pas mis une fortune, mais l’ambiance donne zéro confiance.
