Great Onboarding from Anna, and Pleo seems really to be the cool and smart solution we looked for.

Anfangs wurden wir wie König/innen behandelt und hatten sogar einen eigenen Kundenbetreuer und persönlichen Ansprechpartner.
Dann erhöhten sich jährlich die Preise, wir wurden aber nie darüber informiert und wurden auch nach keiner Zustimmung gefragt. Zudem gab es plötzlich keine Ansprechperson mehr, die wir dazu kontaktieren konnten. Nur noch den Support. Von diesem wird man mit Phrasen abgewimmelt, oder es kommt keine Reaktion. Entsprichst du nicht den Umsatzerwartungen von Pleo, wirst du von einem auf den anderen Tag abserviert. Lasst bloß die Finger davon!

har i et par uger nu ikke haft adgang til firmaets pleo konto. Systemet sender angiveligt en SMS til 2-faktor login men den modtager jeg ikke og da jeg er administrator så er der bare lukket land. Support, som formentlig er en eller anden i Indien, kan ikke tilbyde andet end at jeg kan slukke og tænde min telefon !?
Verdens ringeste support. Vi står med 3 selskaber, der ikke kan lave regnskab, fordi ingen kan logge ind i deres pleo konti så vi kan synkroniserer.
Hvem end der har lavet jeres sms kode system, må være gået på ferie. Det virker ikke på nogle af vores konti, og nej, det er ikke på grund af "dårligt signal".
Når man endeligt får fat i Pleo's IT support, et eller andet sted langt væk, så kan de kun finde ud af at sige "optag en video, så vender vi tilbage".
Genialt produkt, ærgeligt at det aldrig virker og at supporten er ikke eksisterende.

The solution provided is functional and meets our needs, but the very bad service from the sales person, the pricing structure and potential discounts are highly problematic. As long-time customers, we were notified that all prices would be increasing.
Initially, we were offered a 25% discount under the new pricing model if we accepted a new long term contract. However, when I didn't accept the offer immediately, the discount was reduced to 10%, seemingly at the whim of the salesperson.
We were also required to pay for a minimum number of users far exceeding our actual staff count due to the inclusion of part-time and seasonal workers. This was despite our willingness to pay for these users as long as they were using the solution.
While the technological aspect of the solution is quite good, with only minor flaws and shortcomings, we are now considering alternatives. The recent treatment by the sales team has left us feeling that PLEO no longer values us as a customer.
I'm using Pleo as both a normal user and administrator, and both works very well!
The ease of use for normal users with a Pleo credit card is superb, on both mobile and laptop it just works.
It handles both personal and company expenses very nice.

Pleo gives me a great and easy overview over expenses that need to be completed in addition to a clear overview over money spent, money left and an easy way of seeing expenses on different projects (tags).

Besides how great the app and Pleo is in general, the customer experience is flawless. Had a problem that was resolved in a very professional way by Jozef. I was surprised how great the customer experience was. Great work by Pleo and especially Jozef!

Gebuchte Termine wurden nicht eingehalten; zugesagte Absprachen funktionieren nicht und es entsteht gerade Frust bei allen Nutzern, da die Karten teilweise nicht funktionieren. Der Support ist dahingehen gerade schlecht und wir fühlen uns allein gelassen.

Jeg er målløs. Fanget i en app med selv service guides til basics, som er det eneste man kan selv. Ingen guidance / service udover det. Caught in a trap.
Alt andet en Pleo kan anbefales.

We had issues to deliver the pleo card to Belgium and he fixied it super quick as well as send the card with extra shipping due to details before.
