Paying with credit card has some issues with Firefox when enhanced privacy tracking is on.
Website is ok, could use more info and faq details about pluginfox on their site, if not for having to disable enhanced tracking protection to make purchases and a slightly more informative site and design would have given it 5 stars.

Scammers
I paid 100$ for a company to sell me license for protools studio only to get scammed and find out later on that this company is not an AUTHORIZED RESELLER on avid's side. Do not trust them like I did

Poor customer support
You've asked me about my so-called "customer experience", but I'm yet to experience anything. I purchased your product, and I've asked for help downloading and accessing it, and I've not received any response. Quick to ensure you've snaffled money, but slow when it comes to customer support - more concerned about ratings. This is not acceptable.

Successful Avtivation of SGear3
Because you were still processing my order there must have been quite a list of other orders to get done before mine. Shut down for the night then today the download page opened. Installed SGear3 then pasted in my activation code you emailed me, when prompted, and
completed the registration to unlock the software.
