I had an issue with a broken seal on a box for a shower when it arrived and, honestly I thought it was going to be a complete headache to get resolved. I couldn't have been more wrong! Martin was amazing ( very patient with me) and arranged delivery of a new shower and collection of the old one the very next day at no extra cost to me. New one arrived in perfect condition and I was very happy with it. Plumb2u offers outstanding customer service and I honestly cant thank them enough. Delivery was misleading by Royal Mail which is not unusual they informed me that it was scheduled to be delivered today 3 days on the trot and it was delivered a week after the order.
