I had a new boiler fitted on a friday
I had a new boiler fitted on a friday, all looked good but there was a small problem that appeared Fridy night. The plumbers were very careful to ensure no marks were caused on our carpets, and were very friendly. On Saturday I decided to email the company to describe the fault s they were closed until Monday, expecting a call then. I recieved a reply within 12 minutes asking if I was home. A plumber came within an hour, he came, sorted the problem quickly. That I think is excellent service, and I am so glad I chose them to do the work. I would recommend them.

Excellent Service
It is good to know you can rely on a local company to go that extra mile. We discovered a dripping pipe in our bathroom contacted Plumbco and within a couple of hours sorted , no drama ,no fuss.
Would highly recommend.

Hot water cylinder vent,
Paul was knowledgeable and personable. He attended on time, recognised the issue immediately and rectified it in 15 mins. He also gave me advice on how to monitor the situation to try and minimise the same thing occurring.

Excess waste not collected for over a week
Installation over a two-day period great, everything works extremely well, but let down by awful customer service on our part. Excess material/waste expected to be collected the following day, still outside our front door over a week and a half later!

Really impressed with Plumbco from start to finish. The team were friendly and professional, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was handled exactly as promised. The installation itself was first class — neat, tidy and clearly done to a very high standard. The system has been completely reliable and works brilliantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumbco to anyone looking for an air conditioning installation.

We have had a great experience with PlumboCo from enquiry to installation. They are friendly, personable, quick to respond. They gave us a very reasonable quote with a really quick installation date - only a few weeks. The installation team were great - they were professional, friendly, hard working, installed everything and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The product is works beautifully, so we are extremely satisfied with the entire process and outcome.
