I had a wonderful experience with Plumber on Demand, Mississauga. The technician was extremely proficient, knowledgeable and was able to complete a complex job in one day, including shopping for necessay supplies. I would highly recommend this company, and I thought Orland was fabulous.

This company was called in on Saturday May 9 to fix a clogged mainline and kitchen sink. According to the invoice, the plumber fixed a PVC pipe and snaked with power and snake machine. I was charged $904. Two days later, on Monday May 11, water gushed down into the basement, in exactly the way it had done two days prior. When I called the company, I was given an evasive answer and told that there was "no guarantee". The same plumber was sent back - this time he provided a camera inspection, used exactly the same power machine. He wrote on the invoice that everything was chec ked and everything "runs perfect". I was charged$1130 his time. I am a 72 year old woman on a fixed income. Charlatans like this should not be in business. Yes, I feel foolish for having paid not once, but twice for a problem that was not fixed the first time, and I am hoping that at some point, businesses like this will realize that while they feel they get away with things, that their moral compass is non-existent and their business practices reprehensible.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. We just had a plumber out to take a look at our clogged toilet and shower and he quoted us $4000 and insisted we needed a new pump. Then he charged us $282 for coming out and the “diagnostic” even though he didn’t do anything or open anything, just looked at it and said it was the pump that needed replacing. Maybe it was the nice white pants that he was wearing that he didn’t want to get dirty. Our pump is only 3 years old, he tried to tell me that pumps only last 3-4 years (LIE!!!).
We told him to leave and called someone else who came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, it was just the float that was stuck. The other plumber was honest and knew what he was doing. DONT waste your time or money on “Plumber on Demand”!!!

You will regret working with Plumber on Demand. Do your homework!

This company is absolutely pathetic, unethical and should be ashamed of themselves. They took advantage of our tenants who were in distress when they called in for a main drain back-up. Plumber on Demand charged double the going rate of any more reputable companies.

The original snaking was priced at $820 (without any camera inspection). The is double any other reasonable and reputable company. The price for the remediation was insane and they barely did anything. I'm too embarrassed to list the price, but it was well over $5500. The drain ended up backing up again 24 hours later. The plumber refused to use his camera without charging. Other companies include the camera services with the main drain snaking. How else would the plumber know if the problem was resolved??? What a dingbat!

Worst part is, Plumber on Demand said that the issue will happen again within 3 days. What kind of plumbing company charges $6500 and does not fix the problem. We ended up hiring a reputable plumbing company the next day and they found the problem within 30 minutes using a camera and fixed the problem within 1 hour at a fraction of the price.

I'm sure this company just subcontracts to "bottom of the barrel" plumbers with no regard for quality control and/or training. No wonder their TrustedPro score is 1.3/5. Their HomeStars and TrustedPilot scores are not much better. Plumber on Demand should be ashamed of themselves.

I will never make this mistake again. I just wanted the plumber gone. He was rude and arrogant. I can almost accept arrogant if you are very good at what you do, but our plumber was a complete dud with zero personality. I would be very surprised if he was actually a certified plumber at all. He was too lazy to pull out his camera in order to properly troubleshoot the issue.

We use plumbers all the time for our rental properties. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had.

Contacted this company to check out low flow in my kitchen. The guy instructed me to text, which was fine. Then, nothing! So about 6 hours later just texted to ask if he could help me out, or if he could recommend someone else.
I recieved a very, very lengthy text about everything (everything!!) he did that day
So then I said sorry you had a bad day, to which he replied that it hadn't been a bad day
Just wanted to set up a time to get my water pressure checked out, didn't need to know his daily activities.
Very angry guy...a bit worried as I gave my address...he seems like a guy who has anger management issues, and I would maybe tell women to avoid. Very poor service!

Best plumbing service. They unclogged my toilet drain within short time. Price was good for us. Going to use next time.
