Advertised product as 2 days delivery, still waiting

Unfortunately when the delivery arrived it wasn't exactly what was ordered however a quick email from me resulted in a phone call and problem resolved by next post. Good customer service

Always fast and easy transactions, great communication and quick to respond to any issues.

Very competitive pricing and fast dispatch. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

they took my order and then didn’t have anything in stock, so I had to refund me

Excellent delivery. Easy ordering and great products.

Ordered, had a phone call informing item out of stock and cancelled same day so I could get the item from elsewhere as it was an urgent order

I ordered a Briston shower wall mixer bar and riser kit online from Plumbing 4 Less at a good price and paid immediately.
I got an automated e-mail confirming my order. Then I got another e-mail from a member of staff stating that Briston don't make electric showers any more and my order was cancelled. Then I got another e-mail from the same person saying sorry I made a mistake as the item you ordered in not electric, but the item you want is out of stock.
I wrote back asking how long it would be for delivery and he replied that it would be 2-3 days direct from the manufacturer but that they had just increased the price and added a delivery charge. I asked how much it had increased by and I received another e-mail with an invoice for a sum £32 more than that stated on the website and more than I had already paid.
I looked online at other companies prices for the same item and found one that was selling the item for £9.00 less than I had already paid Plumbing For Less so I asked for a refund as they couldn't honour the original advertised price. They refunded my money within a couple of hours.
I purchased the item from the cheaper company as I felt that Plumbing for Less were either trying to get customers by falsly advertising low prices or at best not keeping their online pricing up to date.
Maybe the prices had increased by the manufacturer but the price I paid at the other store was £43 less and that was also delivered direct from the manufacturer in 2 days.
I won't be looking to buy anything here again.

Richard has been so helpful in sourcing the part we required, 1st class service.

Competitive prices, good communication, prompt delivery, will use again

A good range of products at a good price. Team kept me informed of delivery status which was completed in a short amount of time. Overall excellent and will purchase from them again.

Sold me a product that they didn't have in stock.
Sorted quickly with refund, however put back my build as a result

great stock, service and prices
