They were very helpful and gave me a full refund as the cartridges didn't fit. They then rang around to find the right ones and found a supplier not too far away. They were friendly and efficient.

First impressions were the obvious quality of the kit. It is a well made quality item and at such a reasonable price including freight.
The plumbing sales people were very helpful and friendly.
Dispatch was same day as order and delivery quick.
Easy to use and the go- guage is excellent. No guess work as to correct crimp pressure. Manual was brttrr then majority. Overall a great buy and good company to purchase from.
