Excellent Customer Service
When the product I wanted wasn’t in stock, I received both a phone call and email. Plumbing World then took the time to see if my alternative choices were available. Excellent customer service and excellent product. 5 stars

Fantastic customer service and price
Plumbing World answered an important query via live chat and then I purchased a sink from them. It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition and the sink itself is superb for the price. I don't use it - I just look at it!!

Absolutely no after sales service
Absolutely no after sales service. Phoned twice, no-one returned call. Wanted to exchange an item which was incorrect in my delivery. I had spent a lot of money on furniture for 3 bathrooms. Was prepared to drive 45 minutes each way to exchange the item to save time. Gave up after two days and bought item online. I now have two faulty pans. Replacements were ordered weeks ago along with other items. Still awaiting everything. 🤷 0 out of 10 !

Very good service
Needed to call before ordering as there was a sizing issue (dimensions wrong in website description). This was quickly sorted by Tanyka and promptly corrected on their website by the next day. Product was very competitively priced. Plumbing World kept me up to date with my order and delivery. Delivered on time by Plumbing World's own staff. I am happy to recommend Plumbing World.

Bad after sales service
Bought Franke Mythos sink and was installed more than 30 days after purchase. The Franke double waste kit was missing and Plumbing world would not help as we hadn't notified them within 30 days. They wanted to charge me for the waste kit. Bad service so buy your Franke items elsewhere.

We provide 30 days for us to be notified of any discrepancies with the order, but do ask that all items are checked and accounted for on delivery. Your order was delivered directly through our supplier, who provide a shorter timescale for any issues to be reported but we do extend this up to 30 days as we believe this is a sufficient amount of time.
I can see you've been in contact with our customer service team, who advised that as you were a few months outside of the 30 days timescale the item wouldn't be sent free of charge, but suggested we would contact the supplier to offer a discounted rate to keep any additional costs to a minimum.
Information on our returns policy can be found on our website, with further information within our terms and conditions. We understand any feelings of frustration but our policies are in place and we strongly advise to check all products to ensure they are correct, have no damages and that all parts are received.

Shower door
Although the shower door has not been installed yet, the construction of it, the delivery and your delivery colleague was considerate and polite. The door was ordered to help with a tight space and the I fold door will work perfectly. Thank you. Mark Steffen

Delivery date wasnt goid and was then put back so cancelled the order. Only to receive some days later! Left doesn't know what the right hands doing and then they ask you to review. Couldn't make it up.

First class service from this company
First class service from this company. I ordered a Franke sink colour white and when it was delivered, it was speckled grey. This was not the fault of Plumbing World but of Franke. Customer service were exemplary at collecting the item and replacing the sink with an alternative. Thank you for a stress free shopping experience, especially to Hollie who dealt with my initial concern. I highly recommend this company.

Items marked in stock were not in stock
Put items in the basket, ordered and paid for, told not in stock. How bad can service get? At least the refund was processed quickly.

I'm sorry to hear your items were not readily available at your point of order. Unfortunately, not every product of our website is stock controlled due to some products being fulfilled by a supplier. We understand this can cause frustration and it is something we are working on. I've checked the products since and they are now displaying correctly since they are back in stock.

Ordered a radiator and valves
Ordered a radiator and valves. The radiator arrived but the valves didn’t. Apparently they were sent by two different couriers. After 3 separate calls to customer services over a couple of weeks and being told we’ll get back to you I’ve still not heard anything. Ended up going to Screwfix.

I'm sorry to hear there was a delay with your order. Having looked into this I can see both items were fulfilled directly by our supplier so we're unsure why they were not sent together as they were both in stock at the point of your order. We were not made aware of any split deliveries.
I can see you've been in contact with our sales team on more than one occasion, and they have chased this multiple times with our supplier. I'm extremely sorry that we were unable to give you a definitive answer in regards to the missing delivery. Unfortunately, we could only pass on the information that we were provided but of course take the responsibility as the company you chose to purchase with.
I can only hope you choose to shop with us again so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

Paid for express delivery, item arrived 2 weeks later and missing parts
Paid for express delivery at £40, received the item 12 days later - with all the fixtures and fittings missing. Have emailed multiple times and customer services just say “will try and find replacement for you” but no evidence of these appearing

I'm extremely sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience shopping with us and that the fixings were missing from the box on arrival.
Unfortunately, this wasn't a product that we kept stocked in our warehouse in order to issue the missing parts. I can see our sales team have been in communication multiple times with the supplier who fulfilled the order but they are working through a backlog of messages due to an upgraded system causing delays.
We fully understand your feelings of disappointment because something like this should never take this long to resolve and I cannot apologise enough for this. Our team will keep on top of this and aim for the quickest resolution. In the meantime i'm so sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
