Order came as stated, all 7 items were intact.
Only the toilet seat was not soft close but they managed to replace it.
Will definitely order again when required.

Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm sorry to hear you're not fully satisfied with our delivery charges. This is an area of our business that we do put under review on a regular basis and currently our charges are as competitive as we can make them.
Due to the height of the product ordered, this is classed as an oversized parcel which does come at an additional cost. We do of course respect your views and will take your feedback on board when we next look into our delivery services.

Disappointed
Have to be honest.. the individuals I spoke to were very polite but I found that my first delivery was damage in transit, only after chasing and the replacement never arrived after waiting 6 hours in an empty house! Called after the 3 hour allocation to be push back an hour, to then be pushed back another and finally a guarantee that it would arrive with the 6th hour for it not to arrive! It may be partially the couriers fault but their customer service kept giving their word so it’s hard not to place the blame

Unfortunately, timescales are only estimated and can be affected by traffic/accidents, so I'm extremely sorry that in the instance of your order the delivery was made outside of the timescale given to you. I apologise for the inconvenience this caused you.
We aim to deliver the best level of service and can appreciate we have failed to do so on this occasion. We should always advise that timescales are not guaranteed and despite best efforts, there may be an unprecedented incidents that may cause delays. We can only hope that you do choose to shop with us again, so that we can give the high level of service we always aim for.

Customer Service was poor
i bought a sink and tap. No notification of despatch or delivery date. Contacted them was told order was cancelled and that I had been notified by email (I had not, no email, not even in my junk folder). No effort was made to contact me by phone either and neither was my money refunded until I made the call enquiring where my goods were. Customer service was very poor and I was hugely disappointed with the whole experience.

Having looked into this, I can see the email that was sent to you advising of the issues we were having with our supplier and that a refund would be our only option. We didn't receive a bounce back email to say this didn't reach you. I'm sorry that the money had not been refunded until you had chased delivery of your order. We were awaiting your reply to our email to confirm cancellation of the order so a refund could be processed.
We aim to deliver a high level of customer service and we have let ourselves down in truth. Our communication should have been a lot better with phone calls/texts sent in case the email was not received. I have raised this so better training can be provided as I can assure you this isn't the level of service we aim to provide.
I completely understand your feelings of disappointment with our service. I can only hope that you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the higher level of service we aim for.

I can see your order was delivered via pallet courier and it was our understanding that the courier would contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date so I apologise if this was not the case. I will raise this will logistics to ensure we are providing order updates, whether that's through ourselves or by the courier as I can assure you this isn't the service we want to provide.

Didn't fulfil what we agreed
Having checked with your online chat staff that you would send the EXACT product illustrated, you sent the larger new model, that I specifically said we didn't want as it wouldn't fit. I didn't bother contacting you when it arrived as our timings did not allow waiting for a replacement. My plumber managed to do a workaround, but it cost me more of his time.

New customer
We are yet to install the toilet however it was easy to order online, we were given up dated delivery times and it was delivered by a very friendly helpful driver. Based on this service we would use this company again.

Misleading images
I needed a sink with drainer that had no tap holes for my kitchen. The image on the website was exactly what I was looking for and the description didn't mention any tap holes. However, when it arrived there was a hole on both sides as it was reversible. I queried it to see if I could return it with it being inaccurately advertised but I was told I would have to pay £30 to return it. In addition, there is only 1 blanking off disc and they don't sell them, so I need to source one of those. Delivery was good and the sink is good quality.

I am pleased to hear you're happy with the product quality and delivery service. Reversible sinks do come with only one blanking plug so that you can cap off whichever tap hole isn't being used. Although the product image does show no tap holes, the diagram on the product page does show where the tap holes are located and the dimensions of such. These products have temporarily been removed from our website due a stock issue, but that being said we will take your feedback on board regarding product descriptions if they do come back into stock for us to advertise.

Don’t bother.
I supplied all requested delivery details on my original order. I was then asked via email to supply delivery instructions. After a few days the delivery company requested similar.
In effect I had to give the same information 3 times.
The order eventually arrived outside the quoted 5-7 working days by which time my fitter had to leave for another job.
Unless you want loads of hassle, order from somewhere else.

Having looked into this further, I can see the information was supplied on multiple occasions. The supplier fulfilling the order did come back to confirm further information as the method requested for delivery was not their usual way of delivering. We were only passing on this information to have your confirmation to ensure things went smoothly and the order was received at the correct location.
However, I appreciate that this back and forth meant the delivery timescale was not adhered to and for this I apologise. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again, so we can give the higher level of service we always aim for.
