Even during lockdown they contacted the supplier and were able to source a part required to replace a faulty flush button. Quick and responsive ......can't thank them enough. A small part which could have caused a major headache .

From the design and planning stage up to completion, this has been a very good experience. All of the Staff at Plumbits are first rate, from the Design Consultant through to the Fitting Duo, Tiler and Electrician. Their puntuality, friendliness and expertise in carrying out their different tasks, was second to none. When finished, the transition from old bathroom to the modern shower room was amazing and I am well-satisfied with the finished result. Well done Plumbits.

I and my wife are over the moon with our new bathroom, which we slowly paid for over a 3 to 4 year period. We made our last payment back in April '19 where we had to change our original choice of tile as they were no longer available and thinking we would have a new bathroom by the end of the spring.
Rolling on to 28th September 2020 and Les comes to start ripping out our 1970s bathroom with the old polystyrene ceiling tiles. Les came back in 2016 or 17 to measure our bathroom and plan our new 1.
The plans for the new bathroom included knocking down the false wall where our old boiler used to be, and converting it into a new shower. We had no idea what lay behind the block off door,  which sealed after the new boiler was installed by Northern Gas. Les helped to remove loads of old disused pipping, which had just been left, aswell as helping us to replace where our toilet was to make space to get into our new shower. Les the builder is a God send he did all additional work without any complaints, and to me and my wife's amusement, Les hoovered up after every day he worked, and when he finished he cleared away the rubbish. He even advised us on how to dispose an asbestos pipe which he removed for us, and had to do some additional work on our roof to seal the hole that the old pipe made.
Between the wonderful quality of Plumbits bathrooms and Les's exeptional workmanship you both have change our home for the better. We watched Les over 3 weeks install our new bathroom, some days looking as though there was no progress, however once Les left us with our new bathroom last Friday we still cannot believe that the bathroom belongs to us and our home. Me and my wife didn't want to touch anything, because it was perfect!

We started planning our bathroom refurb in January 2020 with a consultation with Suzie. We had a vague idea about how we wanted it to eventually look and went through all our ideas with Suzie to eventually come up with the finished design. Nothing was too much trouble as we changed our minds repeatedly. Suzie planned it all out and we got to see our new bathroom in a virtual way. We got a date for fitting and everything was running as smoothly as possible, then COVID hit just before it was to be fitted, so 8 months later we finally have our new bathroom.
