I saw this ad on Facebook and was a little leery. I read the reviews and went ahead with an order. In a few hours I had a full 5 minute video tailored for my granddaughter's 7th birthday! I can't wait to see her face when she sees the Demon Hunters singing to her and saying a personal message! Thank you so much for this memory maker!

Saw this ad on Facebook and was super skeptical on if it was legit or not. Almost seemed too good to be true! After a Google search I decided to take a chance, and let me tell you I am SO glad I did!! My son turns 4 on Saturday and I can't wait to show him!! He's going to love it!! My only suggestion is saying the child's name at least once more during the video. Even if it's just at the end. Otherwise, it's perfect!

I really love the video they created for my nephews birthday. I had a few corrections I wanted on the video and their response and understanding were on point. They got right on it to meet my demands. If you were considering placing an order with them go for it you won't be disappointed. I will be using there service again in the near future.

honestly should have listened to the reviews before choosing to do business here. Unfortunately, the negative feedback I saw beforehand turned out to be completely accurate. My experience with this business was extremely disappointing, primarily because of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

The way my situation was handled showed a clear lack of communication and accountability. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or provide even basic customer support, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. As a paying customer, that’s simply unacceptable.

Because of this experience, I will be disputing the charge and warning others about what they can expect when dealing with this business. Customer service matters, and when a company consistently treats customers this poorly, it’s hard to understand how they expect to maintain a reputable or lasting business.

I would strongly recommend others read the reviews carefully before deciding to spend their money here.

I cried when I saw the video that was created. It is truly magical and amazing!! I can't wait for my granddaughter's upcoming birthday to see her reaction :) The purchase and receival process was super easy and delivered with speed. Thank you so much. The video was good but they didn’t say my daughter’s name correctly despite me writing the phonetic version AND sending an audio of how to pronounce it. Instead all they did was speed the video up. At first, the customer service person was responsive and I thought we would get a good video. But after 3 versions of wrong names, they stop responding. In one video Rumi said her name wrong but the guy character said it correctly. So when I asked can they edit it so that Rumi sounds like the guy character, they ignored me. I have 3 of the same videos in different speeds with all wrong names. I even offered them the idea of using a nickname, again ignored! And it sucks cause my daughter really liked K-pop demon hunters. So off to my IG page with 3.9M followers to share my experience…..

UPDATE: after my review, not only did Lina reach out with a sincere apology for my experience, the team also went over the video again and guess what, IT CAME OUT PERFECT!! My daughter loves it! Thank you Lina!!
