Very unprofessional company that is selling defective parts that have been proven to be a safety hazard. We attempted to work with their team to find a solution and they responded with a full demand list and they attempted to force us to abide by it with paying for it out of our pockets as a delaying attempt. Highly suggest finding a different company for your needs. Very disappointing company experience.

As a GC , I've worked with many different pocket door manufacturers over the years. I prefer to stay with this company because their products are made with solid, high-quality materials, and the installation is straightforward and reliable. I was pleasantly surprised. You can actually get someone on the phone. Stevie was easy, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to return some items (because I had ordered the wrong ones). There was absolutely no problem. I would (and will) order from them again. Pricing was competitive, and the service was great. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, helpful and responsive, with a "that's not a problem" and a real "can do attitude". Excellent follow up and follow through. Like I said - It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I have not yet started construction of my pocket door.

We purchased four pocket door Cavity Sliders for our new home. They were easy to install and made of quality. The install is not complete as the doors have not arrived.
Any questions we had were answered knowledgebly and courteously. We would highly recommend Pocket Door Superstore.

Extremely helpful and communicative. I ordered a jamb that was not in stock -- Paul reached out to offer solutions and ended up shipping stain grade instead at my option.

All items were sent with tracking information, leaving the warehouse 3-5 days after order. It was a little unclear with tracking coming from a different name (presumably the warehouse) but I used my common sense and put two and two together :)

I was so thankful that Pocket Door Superstore had a 28" x 90" slider, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for in my kid's bathroom remodel and it fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the delivery and products.

I made a mistake in my order and Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of ordering the additional parts I needed to convert my installation from soft-close only, to soft-open/soft-close. Very happy with the finished product!

I didn’t get the back vertical piece in one of the kits. I instead received two front vertical pieces. I have called and left a message and have not heard back.

Really good customer service when ordering, and shipping timely as we requested. One shipping box came damaged, but the inside box was well packed to avoid damage.

Not Pocket Door’s issue, but the latch and handle I chose did not come with clear directions, so I called. They converted the measurements and decrypted the diagram for me to understand with patience and kindness. Expeditious delivery too. I will order again from them.
