The promise of 24/7 support is fake!
I bought a 2-week eSIM for France on the evening of Oct 12 from Montreal. At the time it appeared that the eSIM had been installed successfully. However, some five hours later as the plane I was flying on was approaching France I tried to test the eSIM. Shockingly, I was unable to find and use it. I spent hours over the following 2-3 days trying to seek assistance from their support team (first through chat line and subsequently by email) to no avail. This suggests to me that the promise of 24/7 support by the company is fake and misleading if not fraudulent. Otherwise they should have offered me a prompt full refund, at least.
