Ich habe das erste Mal bei Pococo eine full Moon Disc bestellt ,und bin sehr begeistert von der optischen Qualität.
Es ist so als würde man real draussen den Mond betrachten.
Sehr gut zum Entspannen.

The Pococo home planetarium is very well made. No cheap plastic here. It has a very nice feel to it.
It's easy to use and the lens is high quality. The projection is sharp. If you have any questions, you can contact support. They offer exceptionally good service. Support responds quickly and is very friendly. I'm very satisfied. I would definitely buy from Pococo again. The new home planetarium, in particular, should be very interesting.

Great products - we've used both their current projector system and their new upcoming one. Both are lovely - the new one especially. Some slides are more effective than others (we tend to find the ambient 'starry sky'-type ones the best and clearest, but of course that's personal preference!) Just really nice ambience for the evening or falling asleep to - and also great for baby or children's rooms. Very friendly and communicative customer service team also. Recommended! :)

We are running the projector since more than one year and my son has been very happy about it. Recently he wanted so spend his pocket money on an additional disc, which I have ordered. Unfortunately the disc we have received had some tiny air bubbles in the resin- slightly visible on projection. I was not expecting much of support for a 10 EUR purchase with a minor visual defect, but got an instant reply and a free replacement by Pococo. Very positive surprise

Il proiettore Pococo è davvero bellissimo, questo nuovo modello è davvero interessante: ha una sua app dalla quale puoi regolare tante funzioni: la rotazione, la velocità di rotazione, il timer, le scene, la musica con la possibilità di scegliere tra più di 50 musiche soprattutto rilassanti con suoni della natura o del cosmo. I dischi sono davvero belli e realistici e soprattutto il proiettore ha un raggio di azione ed ampiezza migliorato. Che dire sono soddisfatta e contenta, il packaging poi non solo è spaziale ma qualcosa di magico.

I do not know if it is the projector or the discs or the combination BUT the images on all 4 of the discs my daughter has used so far have all started to “disappear”. They start to show brown, burn like spots and then disintegrate. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE.

Loved the variety of discs. I am able to have the projector rotating or still which is a plus. Had an issue with the projector, but am working with customer service to get it resolved.

Ordered arrived promptly, due to stock status, a disc was not able to be shipped. However, this was dealth with swiftly and promptly.

I love their discs. They always have fast shipping and good prices. I keep coming back for more!

I absolutely love my Pococo! It use it every night to relax and calm my mind before sleep. The images are amazing and soothing. I’m also obsessed with space and just love the variety of images available.

The projector is amazing, was thinking it was just a seasonal thing but it has turned into something we use everyday. Had to buy more discs because it is so cool and it comes fast

I did a lot of research before buying the Pococo. Our master bedroom is not huge but a decent size in this house so in the end I actually ended up buying both the Pococo and the Sega Flux. The Pococo was on sale and the Flux was on Ebay so I basically got two for the price of one. This is a good thing because these projectors look better, the smaller a room is. Probably 10x10 or 12x12 is max before they start to blur out on the edges.
I have to start with the fact that Pococo sent me two Mars dics instead of a galaxy disc I ordered. I couldn't get a customer service response for a number of weeks and was disappointed but fortunately they did reach out to inform me that they were making a transition and not only apologized for the lapse but made it more than right. They then followed up with tracking and to make sure that I was satisfied. Pococo turned a three star review in to a five star review with this effort and its greatly appreciated. The projector works very well and its the best buy for your money if you are going the projector route with a realistic starscape.
It is realistic and the fact that it is not cord bound makes it very easy and convenient to use. The color discs are a bit less clear and just don’t look as realistic but that may be a general issue with all projectors and they still provide good mood projections and are still worth adding to a collection. The themed discs have that and the fact that they are kind of repetitive going around in a circle. The Earth disc is a standout exception that is quite beautiful. My wife does like the jellyfish one as well. The black and white ones are excellent, so I would start with these. It is less realistic than the Sega Flux, but it makes more of an impression because of it and is much more vibrant. As to the Flux, I really like its realistic starscape, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it personally. The shooting star feature is nice but not realistic so meh. Of the two, I would choose Pococo. The two together are great. In the past I have used high quality fluorescent paint and put the stars up on my ceiling that way. I did this in my old home and if done well and not rushed its awesome and always there. After getting these two machines here is my bottom line- they are a nice on/off thing for an instant effect with movement. The movement is circular and though excellent with starscapes can be repetitive with themed discs. Another option would be to try a projector that can project moving scenes rather than just the simple circular motion, but then you are looking to greatly expand the budget. If I had funds to buy a Sega Flux I would instead buy two Pococos and use one for starscape and a second for support with the moon or galaxy discs or id flip the second starscape disc upside down so both rotate opposite to each other. In the end I am very happy with the purchase and value.

I would love to review this product, but it never arrived. The tracking information says that it has been sitting in a facility two hours from me for over a week. I have reached out to their support email and messaged through the website but have not had any response.

I ordered one of this and they didn't ship it in a long time. Moreover, they don't answer their email and they don't have a phone number. You can't get a hold of them. Very disappointed !

Estafa. Al mes y poco el proyector ha empezado a hacer un ruido insoportable. A una de las diapositivas le ha salido una mancha rara de repente. Como ha pasado un mes ya no puedo devolverlo. Calidad mala mala.

Absolutely awful recieved for Mother’s Day stopped working after two months £120 plus price of all discs down the drain. I wonder why it’s only a 30 day refund after that you get no refund or replacement. Not happy at all will not be buying from them again. Shocking price for two months of use. Everyone I spoke to has the same issues

My children love this projector – it’s by far the best we’ve tried.
Unfortunately, it stopped working one day. The customer service was incredible and immediately agreed to send me a new one right away.

I send Pococo helpdesk a message and they got the best service ever!!! They really are so nice and thoughtful! I wish I could give em all a big fat hug! I absolutely love those Pococo employees! Big shout out to the Pococo loco gang! ❤️❤️❤️
