We always use Podgy Paws, the shop and their online shop for the Dog Copenhagen harnesses. Podgy Paws online shop was easy to use, super efficient, the item received was packaged in recycled paper and came via Royal Mail. We didn’t this time but have had to return items due to the wrong size, our measurements were out, in the past. There were no quibbles and items were easy to return. We got this for our new puppy so we can carry him around until fully vaccinated and old enough for longer walks. We called prior to ordering and the member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy and a speedy delivery too. We opted for a booster block which fits snugly in the bottom of the rucksack. The one criticism we have is there is no pocket to store anything. We didn’t want the rucksack with the detachable rucksack as it looked too bulky so a simple pocket on the back of the rucksack would have been perfect

Quicker delivery than expected - beat the earliest date by a day. Which meant I had the weekend to get my puppy used to the new rucksack
