The rudest people ever
The people at Poetro Vintage’s customer service are so unbelievably rude.
After waiting for more than 10 days for my bag to arrive, I received a notification from the carrier that my shipment had been stopped while it was still in France. I wrote Poetro to ask what was happening. They asked me to stop sending them messages on a daily basis basis (??!!). They were condescending and aggressive towards me and not at all helpful.
Also, I opted for the bag cleaning service, even though I find it a little odd that I have to pay extra to receive a clean bag. I wonder if they would’ve sent me a dirty bag, if I hadn’t paid for the cleaning. According to Poetro, their cleaning and caring process takes a week. No wonder I had to wait for ages.
The bag is fine and it deserves two stars. Poetro Vintage deserves 0 stars.
Sadly, the joy and anticipation was destroyed by Poetro’s demeanor. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them unless you have plenty of time and a good sense of humor.
